Not only are pleasant and prompt, the quality of their work for the price is unbeatable in my opinion. I never have to worry about my clothing in their hands! Photo below shows their work with taking in a waistline and hemming up a skirt that I wore this past weekend as a bridesmaid (I am wearing a corset & skirt in the photo). They also steamed/pressed my top and skirt for free. In all, alterations cost $75 with a 1.5 or so week turn around (they could have gotten it done much sooner, but I was in no rush). In my opinion, that is an incredibly fair price for the absolutely incredible work they did! My skirt fit like a glove....better yet, it was a one and done deal. They got it perfect the first time and I have never gotten more compliments on how something has fit me. Recommend them so much so I am writing this review before I drop off items for service! Don't waste your time getting burned by other cleaners/alteration spots. Handicraft Cleaners gets it right the first time and every time!

I went out with friends and wore one of my favorite dresses and got a stain from dinner. I also had a shirt that needed a seam repair and another in need of a button. I love that they have a drive-through! Charles, the owner, explained my items would be ready the following week by Wednesday due to the schedule of the seamstress. He also explained that due to Covid, both the shirts would have to be dry cleaned after the seamstress repairs were complete. Charles provided excellent customer service! Most of the time he remembers my name even though I only visit a few times a year. That's impressive! I paid the bill when I dropped off the items which cost a little more than $30. I felt this was reasonable. I was so happy to see he removed the stain from my favorite dress and it looked brand new. And I was pleased with both of my shirt repairs. I would absolutely recommend Cedar Cleaners for anyone looking for dry cleaning or seam stress repairs.

The same person accepted and returned my order. The final bill was almost $15 higher than quoted. The vest was reclassified as a jacket on the final receipt, and the person explained me that they only consider the item as a vest if it is a part of a suit only but before the order he considered my vest as the vest. The price for the second item was $10 higher than what I was told initially. If you consider using this service, make sure to double-check the final bill to avoid overcharging.
