I received what I considered to be very poor treatment at CTA&A. Particularly in the past 3 months while having terrible symptom. They on 2 occasions refused giving me an injection. The first time it was because I had trouble procuring an asthma medicine from the pharmacy at HEB. The 2nd time was earlier this week refusing my injection because my dosage had expired. Now I have been waiting for a month to get my injection because my symptoms were terrible. So I went in on Tuesday and they refused the injection because it expired the end of may. Of course didn't warn me about the impending expiration. Basically they treat you like a 5 year old and are condescending and don't care about your symtymes. The complete opposite of my former allergist. I would suggest you avoid them!

Additionally, she did not record her unprofessional behavior after she became angry and walked out. Although she may be an excellent doctor, her bedside manner leaves much to be desired.

i've seen several reviews criticizing dr nguyen for her "bedside manner." i'm a retired…read moreoptometrist, and so very aware of a doctor's manner. i found her to be pleasant and informative. some of her reviews say the information had to be dragged out of her...i did not experience that. i only agreed to see her bc the owner docs didn't have an available appt for months. i don't regret my choice. she thoroughly explained my treatment choices and worked with me to maximize my insurance benefits. i'm more than satisfied with her and would send my family members to her. no fifth star bc the front desk personnel seemed a bit snippy. and appt times are not requested by the patient, they are assigned by the staff.

They haven't bothered to try to find out what is wrong their just assuming its from a chest tube I when I was in the hospital with pneumonia. No x-ray, MRI, CT or physical exam. Just listened to my lungs. Want me to do a lung test. How is a lung test going to tell you about the pain I'm having? Even better a CT scan of my lungs was sent to them a week ago and I was told they haven't had time to look at it. My rheumatolgy dr needs them to look at it to see what or who will be treating me.
