My tests for an ulcer and acid reflux showed negative, and I was still having discomfort, but the doctor couldn't offer me any other alternatives. So, through Abigail's guidance (we ABSOLUTELY need acid in our stomachs to digest our food properly!) and weekly Maya Abdominal Therapy sessions, I changed my probiotics and digestive enzymes, replaced all the mercury fillings in my mouth, started hot caster oil packs on my stomach and gave myself daily self-abdominal massage.
