I have never come across a dentist who took the time to do this in such a methodical and compassionate manner. Both he and his daughter , Dr. Caitlin Chung,his daughter,( also a dentist) impressed me with the same level of kindness and personal attention. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Williams and his staff: I can now eat anything I want to eat. Getting any type of implant or oral surgery is a scary and a challenging process but the staff and the doctor put me at ease. I felt no pain during the extractions and they also installed implants for the 1st stage after the extractions. Also, they made a bridge flipper for the front and side teeth so I have my smile back. I had pain for a few hours after the novacain wore off. The pain pills managed it and by evening I felt 90% good. No swelling either.
