I have had good experiences up until today... I went in to get a different twist knob for my torch…read moreand the manager was in there. He warned me there was glue that made the screw stick and to cut the plastic off and use pliers to remove the screw. I did EXACTLY WHAT HE SAID and The head of the screw twisted off the rest of it leaving the end of the screw in my torch and no way to get it out. As a business owner, if I gave someone instructions that resulted in a broken unit I'd replace what I could for them or attempt to make it right in some way. NOPE!! He referred me to go buy a special tap and die set from the hardware store and that he couldn't do anything for me... GO TO HIGH MOUNTAIN SMOKE SHOP, GO TO YEE OLD LANTERN, HELL DRIVE TO ONTARIO... I'll hear lines like "stock up, tariffs are making these prices go up" or "those have been discontinued, buy them all now". Last purchase I made was for a refillable vape after having bought only disposables for years. The employee seemed so excited to be making a sale that they sold me the wrong coils and the wrong juice. I've decided never to shop here again. This is a shame as I prefer to support local businesses but I simply won't deal with the shadiness anymore. That, on top of way better prices online and less likelihood my order gets messed up.

Everything is well stocked and feels high quality. The staff are knowledgeable on the newest and latest vapes. Jason deserves a special shout-out for being super helpful and friendly. He takes the time to answer questions and give honest recommendations, which makes the whole experience better and more personal. Plus he brought Lava Vapes to Kuna! The only thing I'd add (and this is just for fun) is that the Kuna location needs a fish tank! It's not fair that the Vista location has one and the Kuna one does not! I think it would make the vibe even cooler while browsing! Overall though, great shop, great service, and definitely my go-to spot. Highly recommend!

I would like to say that I don't know Michael, hes another dude working there right now. Hes friendly and super cool. I would say to give him a raise too but well, I didn't even know he worked there until all of the suddenly worked there and I worked with him before at a different company and hes a hard worker.... So.... yep.... I just assume that all the employees here deserve more money. 1. It is because they're all friendly and knowledgeable and 2. they put up with a barrage of dude bro ego-driven, Grade A Brosidan (yes, Poisidan for Bria) bullshit... like during the covid pandemic, in the snow, over summer break in 103 spiking temps.... with a smile, none the less.... And this store is still standing.... Yep this place is pretty rad, and well.... as long as they allow me to smoke in this state.... at least one of my vices are covered!
