I asked how long the vendor had been there, and the man said approximately two hours. I also learned that he didn't speak English. A female employee who was nearby then made an inappropriate comment, saying she wouldn't tell any white men because he might try to get him deported. I found this comment to be extremely rude and unacceptable. I told her that and explained I would report her to her manager. She responded that her manager was present and that she didn't seem to have a problem with her comment, which I found particularly concerning. Tobacco Connection needs to invest more in employee training to ensure their staff provides respectful customer service instead of making racist remarks in condoning illegal immigration.

I did come back in today and spoke with the manager. She apologized and explained how that employee was in fact fired only a week after being hired. I do appreciate that Julie reached out in an attempt to make things right and I do plan to return. I do agree with another persons review that some of the employees aren't so called "experts" in vaping but other than that one kid that is now fired the employees I've interacted with do care and try their best to help. My tip is just make sure you've done some of your own research on the products you use so you can make a better educated decision.
