Somehow, they are able to list their products on a site that provides toys and resources to children with disabilities and autism in Florida. They list their products embarrassingly high. They mark up the price just for this site, as you can compare it to the prices on fantastics website. My family and I had just had brunch at Moons Cafe and saw the game shop. So we stopped in and there was a great selection of all the games we love. As we were about to buy something the man who was running the shop frantically ran to the doors and slammed them because he didn't like the open and closing. There were probably 20 people in the shop which could have been great business. There was another instance where a family and their young kids were looking at some games, the kid picked up a card game and put it back down. As soon as he did the guy cut in front of him to straighten it out on the shelf. And then he just stomped off. We then decided to leave and we will just buy the games on amazon. Everyone else who was in the shop promptly exited as well. It was sad, because it could be such a great shop. Will not be returning due to very rude service. read more

We found this awesome game store! There are lots of different board games, card games, and puzzles for all ages. The store owner is very helpful and kind. Nicolas manager very rude over a return to a red flags game that I purchased and did not like, I had my receipt and he did not want to do the return says they do not do returns once you open the game, that is NOT stated on the receipt, no sign next to cashier that states it, also the employees don't tell you that when you are purchasing, Nicolas wants you to look at their website to figure that out when you want to return something, also John working the cashier who claims is the assisted Manager was very rude and hung up on me when I asked to speak to a manager, will not be shopping with them in the future. read more

The staff is so knowledgeable here! I was looking for souvenirs to bring home to my 4 and 2yr olds and the staff took the time to show me many options, explaining how many of the games are played. This place rocks. I have been overly impressed every time I shop here (which is becoming more frequent as Christmas approaches). The staff is wonderful & very helpful. They'll help you select a game, play a game, explain a game to you... The owner is especially nice & accommodating. A couple of things that set this place apart: 1. They take American Express (thank you very much for NOT being picky about how I give you my money!). 2. One of the gals that works here is very sweet... and she recently had a baby. This place allows her to bring her child to work. She maintains her professionalism and is a wonderful employee and I am happy to see a small business support a new family. 3. You can rent games here for pretty darn cheap! We rented a family game over Thanksgiving that was so fun. 4. They have a rewards program that gets you discounts on future purchases - no card or email required, they just track it automatically so you accrue points without accruing spam. I highly recommend this local games store. They have great games, toys, and lots of gift ideas. Next time you need a gift, stop by here instead of Target. You'll be supporting a local, downtown, awesome business and have a unique gift to give that birthday boy or girl! read more

This place stinks. Like many other game stores, this place smells of the unwashed masses.The employees ignore you until you walk up to them and ask a question. They aren't very friendly, and just answer your questions and go back to whatever it is they were doing. There are far too many people in the store, and you have to squeeze past other customers to get to where you want to go. ABU games is far better. read more

We have made multiple purchases form this game shop. Every time I go in with questions or a list of genders and ages to buy for family over the holidays and I always receive excellent help and options. They are more expensive than Amazon but I am paying for advice when I shop here. read more

So disappointed! I purchased a game that didn't have all of the pieces included. When I tried to return it, they gave me a "tough luck" attitude. I have a receipt, and the sales gal even remembered my purchase, but sadly they said it was between me and the game manufacturer. I want to shop there, as they are a local business, but if I can't feel confident about a purchase, I won't spend my money there. I'm also astounded that they are willing to lose a customer over a lousy 10 bucks. Customer service is really important. read more
