They kinked the hose to stop water flow while kids were still playing on it! Highly inappropriate and negligent in every aspect of the word. Would never use this company or recommend to anyone. Look elsewhere! Plenty of alternative options. They could have deliberately caused injury to the children in attendance. We rented an inflatable and a pretzel machine for a party on a Saturday. When we went to fill the…read morepretzel machine, we found that most of the pretzels we were given had mold on them. My husband ran out to get new pretzels, but when we loaded them in, the machine didn't work. In all fairness, we were refunded the cost of the pretzel machine, but this was only part of our negative experience. For the Saturday party, the inflatable was brought to our house on Friday. We asked for a delivery window, but didn't receive one. We were told they'd call us 30 minutes before delivery. That didn't happen. We were also told that the inflatable would be picked up on Saturday evening. We were later told (upon calling about the pretzel machine) that it might be collected on Sunday. Nobody showed up either day to collect it. We left a message asking when it would be collected, and never received a response. Someone finally came on Tuesday to collect it. Didn't knock on our front door, didn't ring the doorbell, just went into our backyard. Thank goodness we didn't have the dogs out when they arrived! All in all, this thing sat in my backyard for 4 whole days, when it was only supposed to be there for one.
