My neighbors had a garage that was demolished. The garage gave an illusion that my yard was completely fenced in. After a couple of years, I finally reached out to Top Line Fence. Being a retired project manager, they are considered a little costly to me. It cost $1300 just to install 25 linear ft of Cedar Wood. Initially, they quoted me $1400. I was able to negotiate with Gary, the estimator, and received $100 off for essentially being a returning customer. Gary, the office staff, and the technicians are all upbeat, cheerful, and with great customer service. The techs that came out were surprised with a bee hive I didn't know was present. I thought the work would be delayed and that I'd have to call a local bee hive remover. The guys instead went to Home Depot and purchased out of their own pocket, whatever they needed to get rid of it. That was superb! The fence smells and looks great. I can't wait until it's weathered like the others. My only reason for giving four stars is because they're not up to date with technology. I would've preferred paying through an online link and using docusign. I had to drive way up north to pay in person because I don't give my credit or debit information over the phone. Otherwise, quality work, and it was done in one trip. I plan on using them again for the front yard.

After the site visit and getting his formal quote, Michael and his crew was able to start work within 2 days on a Saturday. David did a great job in removing the wood fence, installing the new support posts in concrete, and cleaning up afterwards on the first day. Michael came 2-3 days later after the concrete had time to fully cure to install the chain link to the support posts and install a new gate. Throughout the process, Michael was open and accommodating to my thoughts and ideas to ensure the finished product met my expectations. Originally I had planned to just have the gate on our fence replaced. It was in pretty bad shape…read moreand needed to be replaced when we moved in; it was hard to move and didn't have a proper lock. But when I looked more closely at the fence in its entirety, I noticed it looked pretty poorly done all around. I assumed the prior owners had done it or paid for a cheap fix because it was clearly not done by someone who builds fences for a living. I contacted Eric to come give me a quote on the whole thing. He came by the house pretty quickly, within a day or so, and provided an estimate within the day. I was pretty impressed that he was able to schedule his crew to do the work within 4 business days. They took care of all the permitting and everything, and though I could have done some of that myself it was worth letting them use their expertise rather than me saving a little money to take longer and get frustrated doing it. The fence looks really great, though there's a board or two that has a bit of splintering. The gate is in a completely different league from what was there before. It's properly constructed, well placed, secure, and makes me feel much more comfortable. And I can place a padlock, providing a bit more privacy and protection. They also fenced in a small section that I had some power lines/pole exposed and was a concern for having kids play in the yard. I'm very glad that we went with Pro-Built Fence. Within a reasonable time frame (about 8 weeks in our case), Ramiro and the Skyline Metal Fabrication team was on site to start work.
