The owner Sparta is a real professional and fine gentleman to deal with. He's a throwback to when craftsmen took pride and ownership in their handiwork. He installed a stunning 300 ft. long 5'high wrought iron fence over a sloping and erratic terrain that is my back yard in Medinah. The job was finished a day earlier than planned in 98 degree (115 humidity index) brutal heat wave that didn't slow the work down a bit. (I actually recommended him to take breaks or even a day off, but he wouldn't have any of it.) He and his helper worked tirelessly doing the back breaking tasks of digging holes, pouring concrete, clearing brush, etc. Sparta actually does the welding and iron cutting himself on site, to ensure a good snug and clean fit. The 3 gates installed are perfectly balanced and swing open and shut with the touch of a finger. The whole job took less than a week and after cleaning up everything perfectly Sparta even threw in an impromptu gutter repair for me. I obtained 5 estimates and researched each one meticulously before deciding on Elite and am so happy I did. I am sure you will be also and I highly recommend them for any fencing installs or repair work you might need.

We have two gates. One of them is next to the garage, and the post that the gate latches to isn't actually a real post. It's just a hollow vinyl sleeve that's attached at the top to the garage, but it's not secured to the ground. It's basically floating. According to the original receipt, the installation included 5x5 posts set 36 inches into concrete footings. That clearly isn't the case here. I contacted the company and initially got their automated system and left my information. After not hearing back, I called again and spoke to someone who was able to locate the original job and said I'd get a call back within 24 to 48 hours. I did get a call the next day, but the person who called wasn't prepared. I still took the time to explain the issue and even sent photos and a video showing exactly what's going on. Despite that, he immediately started talking about costs without ever seeing the job in person. I made it clear that I wasn't calling about warranty coverage. I understand it's been more than a year. I simply asked for someone to come out, take a look, and provide an estimate in writing, along with an explanation of how the issue would be fixed. When he mentioned that the fix would likely involve installing a proper post, it raised the obvious question, why wasn't that done correctly in the first place? He said he had another meeting in 15 minutes and would follow up after speaking with a colleague. As expected, I haven't heard anything since.

If you seal it, a Red Cedar fence can last for 25 years.) Many of the pickets/boards are split and separating. The nails are coming out. The rails are split. The posts are split. Some of the Pickets only had one nail holding it up. Very disappointed. I will probably have to hire someone else and have it repaired. This was a terrible installation and product. They came out, but did not spend a lot of time with me; I was debating between purchasing another wood fence or an aluminum fence. We have a very large backyard so this would be a big project. I also called Paramount for an estimate. The salesman we had was Laura. She spent more than 45 minutes discussing where the Fence should go, how it would look with the house, and the differences between wood and aluminum. Paramount was a little bit higher in price compared to our old company, but the big difference was the expertise and professionalism! Laura was so detailed oriented and continued even after the deposit was made to keep us updated on the progress of our project, due to gates having to be special ordered. It has only been six weeks since installation, so I cannot comment on long-term durability, but I can comment on their initial work. We had a great flood on the Fourth of July, which was only three days after installation! My husband and I were having an anxiety attack since you're not supposed to even open the gate for two or three days after installation. As you can see in the video, the Fence held. One entire section has crooked pickets. The top arch was not cut right the first time. You want an owner who checks and takes pride in his work, not someone with a calculator wondering how much profit he can make. How about that retractable Stanley measuring tape? Do you know how much he can save by shorting you nails in the middle of the picket, using one rather than two? Stupid, unapproved design change, making one section about 1 1/2 feet wide rather than installing it the way the original fence was, evenly distributed. I think this guy sizes up his customers to see who he thinks he can take advantage of. Dishonest during the quoting process. This guy is not of the level of his Owner responses on Google. AI? Buyer beware ....
