Service has been requested many times, but there has been no luck in ending this at all. I can post the fraudulent check that was sent months ago to my P.O. box in Georgia. The routing numbers did not match. I lost my bank account due to a Fraudulent check that was sent in the name of my uncle's son, Clyde Smith. I have not heard back from Davis Zellmer about my new check. Also, I have not heard back from Thomas G Patterson of Long Beach, California. These two Lawyers are close friends and did me dirty as the trustee. I was stripped of what my Late Uncle Jeff Smith left me by these two. My bank told me this cashier's check was not in the Chase system months ago. I mailed it back to Zellmer Davis, but he never sent me a new check. I hate to post my business, but it's to the point of exposing evil people in this world. On November 4, 2025, I have many more documents that I was unable to upload to this site. All I wanted was the 10,000 dollars that they claimed was left to me. The probate case was finished last year, I believe, and closed. But they refuse to send me anything at all.
