One deed contained an incorrect APN/legal description, which caused issues with the Los Angeles County Assessor and required a corrective deed. Separately, the binder I received included the wrong deed (someone else's deed)--it belonged to a different property entirely. This kind of error should not happen in legal documents. When I brought up the issues, the response did not meaningfully address the problem, and I had to hire another professional to fix it. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend reviewing all documents carefully if you work with this office. One more thing, be aware that if you need your living trust to be done in a timely manner, this law office takes about 6-9 months to do a so so job. I was scared I was going to pass away before it was done.

Instead of being patient and allowing me explain, the representative sharply cut me of and turned me down, assuming I had a case fit for trial. But then I explained to him that my case was in default and would only need pre-litigation to complete. Then he was interested again. But as soon as I continued explaining, the man rudely cut me off again. Then when I simply asked him to allow me to finish, he over talked me again. So I gracefully excused myself.
