Every time I arrive for my appointment, I know there will be some hassle, like a form they said they sent that I didn't get (I always check the portal before going to be sure because I HATE filling out forms on my tiny iPhone screen), or like today -- I traveled an hour round trip, to wait for an hour for my appointment, only to be told that I was never checked in because "they forgot." Great. Two hours out of my life wasted, and I just needed a refill for my prescription. The prescription works great! Do you want to know when it doesn't work? When I run out. So frustrating! They told me yes. As soon as I sat down in the doctor's office, he asked why I was there and when I told him what medication I needed, they said they don't fill that one. So we ended the appt immediately. I asked if I was going to be charged and they said no. I later got a bill and tried to dispute it. They sent it to collections. I have called and called and called. Finally gave up and paid the bill today. So I paid for a service I didn't receive and it negatively impacted my credit. Seriously, stay away. Rude, incompetent, and overall just useless. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
