I go to CVS- there isn't even a prescription waiting for me, or at any other pharmacy. I have been calling the doctor that was suppose to send in my prescription, and she is ignoring me. I desperately needed to see someone for a severe allergic reaction to poison ivy, my dr is never available anymore and no one would see me. This is not new for me, my record would show I simply need a prednisone prescription. So I will be pulling my records and finding a new office. Amazon virtual visit was the only doctor I could get! After more than 20 years there!!! My husband got the last appt (same issue) and the nurse practitioner (even though I was willing to pay) and was there with him l, did not need a whole separate appt time, would not even consider treating me. It is literally over my whole body. I have had terrible terrible experiences at urgent care facilities. Prime Care has steadily become less about the patient and more about the billing.
