I just had the rudest customer service from someone I believe was a supervisor when I was asked to be connected to someone regarding a delay in the process of getting my daughter's brace that no one told me about. The person who fitted her has not been in contact with me since I emailed him despite him giving me his personal business card. He was also the same person who fitted my daughter when she was 3. He came to the brace fitting appointment when it came in and it was clearly way too small for her. He tried using his heating tools to flare it out and actually had us leave with this brace. She was in so much pain and it left marks that took days to go away. When we scheduled the next PT appointment, the PT was shocked and said it was clearly meant for a much younger child. This is the WORST company for orthotics!

Our experience with this medical group was so poor that it's hard to know where to begin. My wife's…read morefirst contact with them via an ER was for a kidney stone. What followed was a series of delays, miscommunications, and a complete lack of a care plan. This despite multiple calls and attempts to get appropriate treatment. After several days of inadequate support, her condition worsened into a kidney infection that required hospitalization. She ultimately received proper care from a different urologist, and after three nights in the hospital, she thankfully is recovering well. What prompted me to write this review was the final straw: five days after receiving lab results, someone from this group called in a prescription, without any explanation or communication. We only found out because our pharmacy notified us. No one from the Urology Group reached out to explain what they were prescribing or why. If you're comfortable with delayed care, poor communication, and questionable administrative practices, this may be the place for you. But if your health and standard of care matter to you, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. I'd rather travel out of state than trust this group with our health.

The store has a lot of options available- any costumes imaginable for any age group is available. The prices seemed reasonable, there's also items that was marked SALE or marked down. The workers that were in the store during the time we were there seemed polite, friendly and helpful. We were looking for Pokémon stuff, but they don't have any on stock during that time. I highly recommend this place. Check it out, you might find something for your liking to feed your inner diva or secret fantasies in time for your Halloween party. I rated the store 4 instead of 5 because during the time I was in the store nature is calling and I have to go so bad, nope... no bathroom in the store, they have changing rooms, but no where to pee!!

The inside is not very clean and the employees (given they are high schoolers) do not know anything about any products and could not care less. Prices are high especially for the quality.
