There are toys for the kids, magazines for the adults. Dr. Herbst introduced himself as Jamey and was friendly, approachable, and thorough. He has a great bedside manner and explains things very clearly. The examination room is very high tech! I was amazed at the radiographic device that Dr. Herbst used to examine my foot and, even better, relieved that I wasn't having any major issue. I had previously gone to a Foot Solutions in California, so I was excited to find one in Cincinnati. I ended up getting custom orthotics-- though pricey, they have worked out very well, and are worth every penny. I love how they take notes about your foot, gait, etc so they know which shoes to recommend. Of course, not every shoe is the most fashionable, but you can at least get an orthotic to fit into your other shoes. If you have difficulty finding shoes, I'd pay Foot Solutions a visit.
