I had looked at the work briefly, from a distance, because he had promised to return and touch up anything that needed it. It's just a slap-and-dash job. Once I paid (in cash), a promised return to rectify any problems never happened. Important parts of the work are not finished, and my calls and messages are being ignored. Had an uneasy feeling when he showed up with nothing but a regular car. No crew, no drop cloths. The attached photos show just SOME of the way he left the job after taking my money. When the job was finished, they said that if the issue comes back Victor Furniture would fix it under warranty. Well... a few months later, the same wrinkle re-appeared. It took multiple calls to get a response from Amanda, their contact. When I told Amanda they originally fixed it, she said we would have to pay AGAIN. Finally, after explaining we were told it was covered from a repair this year, they agreed it was under warranty, but on the service date no one showed up. They I had to spend multiple calls trying to get someone to come out. When they did, they told me that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. I'm really disappointed with their service.
