We'll spare you details of the endless parade of contractors we had to deal with; we were at the end of our rope. Then we decided to hire Mike as our General Contractor; after that, costs went down and quality skyrocketed. What we experienced: - Priority #1: Safe and clean worksite - Mike and Melissa treated the entire project as if it were their own - They considered our needs as if we were family - Detail-oriented but always kept in mind how other parts of the project would be affected - Offered multiple options for every aspect, so we could find the perfect balance of price and quality - Mike was always on-site, supervising the contractors (seriously, from dawn to dusk, I have no idea when this guy sleeps!) - A few of the sub-contractors we hired, before Mike came on the project, had tried to screw us over, intimidating and threatening us; Mike moved quickly and decisively, resolving things in our best interests - A solid network of high-quality contractors - Melissa's understanding of current design / decoration trends helped us find solutions that fit our taste - timeless!
