The ladies were a little later than expected because they had some trouble locating our condo. However they got right to work and did a beautiful job of deep cleaning our place. I think it was cleaner than when we first moved in! No detail was left undone. They even folded up a pile of bed linens I had taken out of the dryer and left on a chair. I told them just to leave them, but when I came back to the chair after they had left, the linens were all neatly folded and stacked ready to go back in the closet. Price was competitive and reasonable for the move-out cleaning. I chose them as they were very detailed from the beginning with what was included in the price. No need for a lot of back and forth. Absolutely HORRIFIC cleaning job. I've never seen such a lack of caring for people doing their job. They had one job. To clean a house with no furniture in it. They didn't do the windowsills. They left a lot of baseboards untouched. The didn't clean the backsplash lips on the bathroom counters. They didn't clean the shelves in the closets. They didn't clean the tile around the outside of the shower. The best part was that I was told the oven couldn't get cleaner because the food had been on it for too long. My home was built at the end of 2023 and was lived in for only one year and the left vacant for one year. There is no way this oven cannot be cleaned and now I will have to do it myself once I move into the house, after I finish packing and moving. I understand maybe accidentally overlooking one or two things. But this was beyond ridiculous. I shouldn't have to babysit people to do their jobs correctly. I will never use this company again and I highly recommend finding someone else to clean your home if you want the job done properly and professionally. read more

Pro-tip: If you clean your place as much as possible BEFORE the PROFESSIONAL cleaning team comes in, your final price could be lower than the quoted price :) I am in the process of moving from an apartment to a home. I keep my apartment relatively clean, but I wanted to get the apartment as clean as possible to get as much of my initial deposit back as possible. I searched for a cleaning service and asked around at work and I got a quote from Dust It Off Cleaning after a short while. I don't normally shop for services on Yelp, but a coworker said they found a good house service through Yelp, so I gave it a try. The price was reasonable given the fact that my apartment isn't that large. However, to my pleasant surprise, the final price ended up being much lower than the quoted price. I was told that because my apartment was already relatively clean, the staff was not required to clean as much (or for as long) as they thought. I like to clean my apartment on my own every weekend, so it wasn't that bad before the cleaning team arrived to my property. As a reminder for those reading, I only wanted a super deep, final clean of my place before I moved out. I guess the standard assumption is that the property is relatively dirty to being with. The apartment was cleaned, as expected, very well! The place smelled great after they left (no chemical smell) and they were also able to remove random scuff marks on the walls I was unable to get rid of on my own. They even cleaned up the built on stuff that was on my dryer and washer that was there before I even fully moved into the apartment. What I really appreciated was the fact that my texts and calls were answered promptly or at least by the next business day. I didn't need constant communication, but I am glad that my messages were responded to in a timely manner and that I was always given updates as the team was working (I left to make it easier for them and I requested to be contacted when they were almost done). First time using them and mostly happy with the results. We scheduled a Deep Clean and a team of 3 ladies showed up on time and worked very hard for 3 hours. I've never seen the floor of the shower so clean! They were very thorough with the baseboards, floors, and blinds. Unfortunately they used a degreaser on the oven that permanently stained the panel trim. We worked with them to try to resolve it but they no longer manufacture that piece so our options were limited. Also on the website it advertises transparent pricing with no hidden fees but just be aware that there will be tax added to the quote. Aside from the oven problem, we really liked them, for future clients I would just ask them to not clean the oven so it doesn't get ruined. read more

I got a cleaning service from them. The cleaning was fine. The scheduling was very confused. I got a quote with the owner and agreed on a price. I scheduled it for 10 am but they showed up at a little over 9 am. I was not really ready for them. I had to hurry up and get ready for them while they were cleaning. Made an appointment online. In the memo I explained I was going to list my home and schedule a stager and photographer around my cleaning appointment. Received a text the day prior saying if I had any pending info to submit to do so via email. I didn't... My appointment was canceled with no notice at all. I have to say this was the most horrible scheduling experience I have ever had. I have scheduled cleaning at 8am and then Joseline calls saying that crew would be delayed by 30mins, since they had been delayed by a prior appointment and explains that in the scheduling there is a window of 45 mins. I was ok with 8:30 but she calls again informing that crew is further delayed but an hour. I was disappointed and tell her the same and I cancel the service. I was fine until this time but she calls again saying someone in her crew can come over in the evening at 6pm. I schedule for evening 6pm. And I think it's easy to guess what happens in the evening. I get a text from Georgina(do not know who she is) saying there is transportation issue. I didn't reply to the text assuming it's just a waste of time in dealing with this company. read more

I don't like to leave negative reviews, but I was disappointed in the work of Dust It Off. The experience started off very well--they were referred to me by my landlord to do a move out clean on a 3200 square foot home. The owner was very professional on the phone, and sent me an email quote. Then when she arrived, she upped the quote by almost $150. Okay, there was a lot to do, I didn't appreciate that but we were in a bind. She charged my card and we left. Oh, by the way, we had moved out of town and were in for the day just to handle the final issues. I then got a message from the landlord the next day that the cleaning was not completed. I asked the owner and she said, yes, she would recommend having ANOTHER deep clean. But I just paid them almost $500 for a deep clean?? I would not recommend this service. read more
