When we got there, the body work they did needed to be redone and the AC stopped working. We called them and told them about the problems, so on our way backs driver met us in Fargo to swap a loaner for our vehicle. They fixed the body work correctly and repaired the AC, the returned it to us after it was repaired. Dealing with Mason, the salesman, was great. He communicated with us throughout the process. What has been unfortunate with our experience is the lack of communication. The first day, I left a message via phone call, in addition, sent an email to schedule service. The second day, I called and left a message. No response from either day. I looked on their website to see if they were closed down for any reason and there is nothing to indicate that they were on vacation, family emergency, etc. I hope everything is well but in this day and age it is too easy for people to communicate. They told me my car was ready to go and they had tried to call that Friday however I have no missed call or voicemail. I should have started it up when I got my keys because after returning immediately the squealing was present and only got worse after I drove.
