I am a customer but today they went above and beyond for me. By tire I noticed was low and I am leaving town and wanted to make sure nothing was wrong. I drove up went in explained my situation the tech came out looked at the tire said you have a nail in your tire. He immediately took the car in the shop worked me in immediately and fixed it for free. Not sure what the tech's name is but he was great and also Jordan I think that's his name both have great customer service skills. We need more people like them. I was so impressed with my service agent, Ian! I had a Chrylser tire valve stem issue that would have been costly to fix. However, Ian had to work on his girlfriend's car tire with the same issue. He saved the valve mechanisms he replaced on her vehicle. The saved valve just happened to fit my Jeep Compass! What a miracle! He gave them to me and my bill was instantly $75 cheaper and was quickly replaced and I was on my way! Super customer service and personal care given! Great job Ian!!! read more

I had my car towed to Tired one but was COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF. Was told they did 1.8 hours of labor on my car (please look at the labor charge) and that I NEEDED a heater hose fitting costing me an additional $43.56. They called before the tow truck even got there, asked what was wrong with the truck. Said they would diagnose it, and get back to me. I had purchased two (2) studded snow tires online. When I got them via UPS, I discovered that one tire was missing 6 studs. The only place in Grand Forks, ND was the Tire 1 One Auto Center which could put in the remaining studs. They put the 6 missing studs in, they also mounted and balanced these snow tires on 2 used wheels/rims I purchased from Weekley's Salvage Yard. I set-up an appointment to have these tires put on my car. This took less than 10 minutes of time. Very fast and dependable service. Jerome is a great manager there. read more

I had the unfortunate event of having a blow out just a couple weeks ago & came in here to get my new tire. The prices were good & they had to order my tire from elsewhere, but it was in within 2 days. They also sell & install remote starters, have oil changes and various other services for decent prices. For some reason, I always feel like they are trying to pull a fast one on more or trying to get me to get things I don't need. Was taking the family to the Cities on a cold Saturday in Jan when I realized our van didn't have any heat. Tires One was the only place that even answered the phone and boy am I glad they did. Not only were they able to see me NOW they had found the issue within minutes of being on the lift. Instead of charging me an arm and a leg for a piece I don't need yet (may never need) they showed me the issue and taught me how to fix it.
