You and the owner wanted my family of 5 to pick up and move again after we lived in the property for only a week. That was not a gift, it was an agreement. I get 4800 and my deposit back and you get a empty house to sell. The owner and I both had a huge compromise in that matter. Don't pat yourself on the back. Also we told you guys on June 3rd about mold in the kitchen and the bathroom. Not one single company came to remove said mold in the whole month we were there. We moved out on July 5th. You had two companies provide quotes, but the owners father who does not specialize in mold decided he was going to do one of his band aid fixes. We said no, we would like a professional to fix the mold issue and moved out of that mold infested place. Also your Gift ( cheap wine and box of chocolates) was nice. But when you rent out a $2300 home at least have the place clean when someone moves in. I have a few hundred pictures I can gladly upload on that. Then when you follow that up with never cleaning the air conditioner and never removing the mold and fixing the water damaged wall that was dripping from when you flush the toilet (Gross). It's hard to be thankful for cheap wine and chocolate. But thanks for the health hazard. Much love We rented a house through Remax at 95-1034 Ainamakua Dr. Apt 17A. We only lived there for a month as the owner wanted to sell. In that month, we dealt with Mold and numerous other issues. (We had 3 mold inspectors confirm it was mold) this house is up for sale right now. So please have the downstairs bathroom ceiling carefully inspected along with the kitchen. There is also water damage from the upstairs toilet leaking. I say all this because they love to put Band-Aids over big problems instead of actually fixing things. Before you sign anything with them, make sure you have this house carefully inspected. I would also have an air quality test done. Also, be aware, we showed up while the cleaners for the rental property were there and it was Ray's wife an son. Very strange. But just a side note.

Renter Beware: Avoid This Property Management Company…read more I rented through this agency for over 4 years, always paid on time, and left the apartment in better condition than when I moved in. Despite this, they withheld most my security deposit and tried to charge me for furniture that was never even provided in the unit. This wasn't an isolated incident of poor service -- I had requested replacement curtains after mine fell apart, and it took the agency over a year to follow through. Communication was consistently unresponsive and unprofessional throughout my tenancy. What makes this worse is that I now own a rental property myself. Having seen how this company treats tenants, I would never use them -- not as a renter, and not as an owner looking for a property management company. They seem far more interested in squeezing every dollar from deposits than treating good tenants fairly. If you're considering renting from this agency, think twice. And if you're a property owner considering hiring them to manage your property, look elsewhere.
