First of all, the Green River grounds are simply stunning. Kudos to your groundskeepers! Next, the hour long tour, itself, was wonderful. Nate is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He explained the history of your company, the industry, and the distillery process in such a way that both novices (like myself) and experts could both understand and appreciate. Nate is a wonderful representative of your brand. Finally, the tasting was wonderful. The care and craftsmanship is evident in your products. The whole experience was first class!

We enjoyed a free tasting of the products. My favorites were the apple pie, chocolate coconut, and blackberry flavors. We left with a bottle of chocolate coconut (which ought to pair nicely with hot chocolate, etc.) and bourbon (for my companion. The owner, Keith, was very personable and took us on a short behind-the-scenes tour before our tasting. The highlight for me was the gorgeous antique art deco bar that came from an Italian (or was it Irish??)-American club in Cleveland, Ohio.

So it was mostly looking through windows or hearing about the property and the owners and the artwork of the labels. Overall it was a nice little stop on our drive with the tour and tasting (7 things) being under $13 per person. They have a little bar with mixed drinks (like Slooshies)or an Old Fashioned if that's your thing. We'd go back to see the updates sometime but they aren't 100% when those will be done. If it's en route to your destination, it's a decent place to stop, have a drink, take a selfie.

It was a great way to kick off the trail because the owners were super friendly and welcoming. They even took some great pics of the bride and our group. My children treated me to a winery tour for my 75th birthday on Saturday, June 18th. We used this…read moreservice. It was as good as it could get! Fred was our host and driver. He came on time to pick up us. We weren't quite ready, but he waited patiently. There were 7 of us. We rode in the immaculate white Explorer. We were a little cozy, but it was fine. Fred was very accommodating, flexible, friendly, helpful and kind. One of my grandsons is handicapped and he was very helpful with him. Let him ride in the front with him and helped with his walker. We were allowed to bring snacks and water which we indulged in between stops. He dropped us off at the door and we did not see him again until it was time to move on to the next stop. One of the wineries was closed for a wedding so he substituted another winery on the opposite side of the tour we were doing, but were interested in because the winery has a store in our town that we go to often. We had a great time! If you are in doubt, go for it. We met his wife, Heidi, at one of the stops and I am sure she would be just as good.
