Loved this place! $15 to wash my dog, a rubber apron for me ,towels (white& clean),shampoo, wash rag for ears, blow dry out back, for the dog. Great for me as I've had back surgery and bathing my 33Lbs Queensland Heeler in a bathtub kills me! The lady there Rita, was very nice. Check it out! I was standing upright with the apron on, the water was warm, there were steps for the dog to get in and a clip in a hook on the wall. They even gave me a rubber rope with clip in it so you don't get your collar or lease wet. I'll be back! read more

We always liked to shop here but after a recent interaction we won't. We love buying local and have spent hundreds of dollars here. The salesperson was so rude to my husband after he tried to buy dog food, and she said they didn't carry it. She chastised him for not buying an alternative. Our dogs are picky and we can't buy an alternative. read more

Ive went to this establishment for about 2 years now. Though I don't go often I've brought multiple dogs there also buying some of their supplies. Well I went there to get my 3 dogs bathed and cleaned. I was having a good experience at first I had the back to myself so I had one dog on a leach and collar next to me and the other one on a leash on the stand they have for drying. The dog had more then enough room to breath and he was just sitting down looking around I made sure I could fit 4 fingers between the leash to make sure he was able to breathe. The owner walked backed there started freaking out on me saying "he's going die he can't breathe" So I put my 2 dogs in the car with the AC on. Well I asked my 16 year old sister and her boyfriend to head over and help me get the dogs cleaned. As soon as my sister and her boyfriend walked in she was extremely rude to them. My younger sister and her boyfriend didn't know they were supposed to use the back door after she told them they used the back door to get in and out from there on. As I'm washing my second to last dog my sister runs in saying that one of my dogs pooped all over my car and she wanted to clean as much as she could and was asking if I had supplies in my car to clean the poop up. I told her just use the paper towels I have in my car. The lady looked over and started screaming saying she needed to get the f*** out of the establishment and that I needed to get her out so I asked my sister to just leave as I was almost done with the second dog. At this point I'm frantically washing my dogs. An I was supper uncomfortable with this whole situation. As my sisters boyfriend finished drying the second dog I asked him to go wait in the car with the dogs well I dry the 3rd dog. Well I finished drying my dog and I picked up the messes my dogs and I had made well we were washing them after that I gathered my stuff to leave but the back door wasn't opening after about 5 minutes I picked up my dog and then decided I would just step over the thing she had at the front entrance of the dog washing area she then started to scream and tell me I can't f***ing do that I then walked back over to the back of the establishment and told her I can't get the door open and I'm trying to leave. She walked out proceeded to say "I don't deserve to get F***ing disrespected in this establishment and that since I'm the older sister I need to train her better." She also told my sister she doesn't care about reviews because no one actually F***ing checks them and that my younger sister should call her mommy to handle this. I believe this establishment has gone downhill. I used to love coming here but I will never be returning. If I could give this 0 stars I would. The owner super disrespectful and extremely rude. read more

Honestly I was very disappointed when I went there today. I took my other dog there years ago to use the self groom station and they were wonderful but after today I will no longer be taking my dogs there. Upon arriving I noticed the sign on the door that said masks are required and I didn't have one on me so I had opened the door but did not walk in to ask if they had a spare mask I could use. The woman had cut me off before I could even ask and was very rude seemingly because I didn't have a mask on and then told me to use the side door. Afterwards I went to pay at the desk which is in the front half of the store and I had asked if she'd prefer is used the side door or went out of the front I was told "you may as well go out of the front sense you are all ready out here" in a VERY rude tone as if my bringing my dog in and paying for a service was inconveniencing her. read more

A long time ago I took my dog here and it was fine. I was really disappointed today when I brought my dog in. My dog had been sprayed by a snunk in the morning. I washed her twice with soap and tomato juice and went here to see if they had the special sunk wash shampoo and as I was starting to ask as soon as I said she had been sprayed they informed that she could not be washed there. I was frustrated by being cut off. They did not even give me a chance to explain I was there for shampoo. My dogs oder was only strong if you were touching her. There basically fine in the structure and terrible in their customer service. read more

Dusty's Den (George & Deb) are absolutely the best!! They are very knowledgeable about what is the appropriate food for each of my dogs. They take the time to explain everything in detail so I completely understand which dog needs what (I have a 9 yr old Rottie; young German Shepherds and a Shiba Inu). I was also doing GSD Rescue when I first moved here and needed a quality food that wouldn't break my pocket book. They recommended Fromm and my rescues not only loved it but grew healthier by the day. I now feed Raw to my dogs; George and Deb have helped me with concerns and questions I have had. Their raw from Northwestern is top notch!! To top it off I run an Airbnb that caters to people who travel with large breed dogs (not usually welcome in most Hotels or VRBO's). I always have treats from their store for my guests and use their (Dusty's) lables on them so they know where to shop for that special pooch. This place is great! When our berner was just a puppy and suffering through months of stomach troubles we ended up at a vet in Twain Harte who recommended we get his food here. The owner is awesome! Super knowledgable and gave us the right food for our dog as well as supplements. It made all the difference in the world! We always try to stop in and stock up there when we are in the area. Went into Dusty's Den to check out dog food options for our Husky and Bruce was awesome. Not only did he recommend food that our dog loves, but carried the 40Lbs bag out to our car. The foods a better value than the local big chain and he likes it. Just pick up our second bag and Bruce welcome us with a smile and made sure everything was right with our Husky and the new food.
