My 3 month old $400.00 outdoor Even Embers pellet stove works great, but you would not expect rust like this on a outdoor product that is under a covered patio. Even Embers doesn't warranty against any rust, my solution will be to clean and paint with a high temperature paint. I'm writing this review because in my opinion anything that has this kind of defect shouldn't be taken care of by the manufacturer. Like I stated the product is only 3 months old and has less than 80 lbs. of pellets run through it. This is not acceptable for any item that is this new. Maybe next time I step up and purchase a stainless steel one. read more

We ordered a safe Nov 2025 in the store because we had just gotten a TSC credit card and wanted to use it immediately. The customer service rep called the online rep for us and followed all of our instructions including FREE shipping to the store. A few days later our order showed processed and we were charged shipping and it was coming to our house. We immediately cancelled the order and re-ordered again. And, of course, we lost our 24 months 0%. But, we've been fighting with TSC for 3 months for them to refund our shipping. Multiple calls to customer service stating it will be paid within the week. Filed a BBB complaint, and TSC tried to blame us saying we "changed our mind" and that they don't refund shipping when you change your mind. They still won't accept their mistake. I might go into the local store to buy a few things, but I will never order anything online from them. Our credit is now impacted because they will not issue the refund that they agreed on 3 separate phone calls. Also, beware of applying for a credit card online to use immediately. My partner applied for a new card since I missed my 0% opportunity. As soon as she got approved and the order payment was to reflect the new credit card it kicked her out of the system with no way to finish the order. We were trying to take advantage of sale pricing so waiting for the card to arrive was not an option. Their customer service gives empty promises and will not contact you back when emailed. I've been trying for months to get my BMS stallion ATV repaired under warranty. The first time around they had it seven weeks and they only replaced a plug in the dash and never addressed the actual problem that it was in warranty work for. I've been trying desperately for the last three weeks to get somebody to take care of the problem because I have other problems that are cropping up as well.. I think I've got a lemon on my hands! ! ! I'm just a few days short of landing on the doorstep of the small claims court for $11,000 that I paid for this vehicle.... Items priced on shelf are not same price when you get to the register! When you tell them that they have to give you the price on shelf/rack they tell you "a customer put it in the wrong spot" even though there's 4-5 or more items in that spot. This has happened more than once, but this was first time I pushed the point. The cashier and "manager" got rude. I won't be back to the Sonora store. WILCO PRICE MATCHES THEIR PRICE! I was just wondering were customer relations has gone. I wear a mask all day at work, and I am so used to it many times I forget I am not wearing one when I go to the store. So here is my problem. When I walk into the Sonora Tractor Supply, and I am not wearing a mask I get" YOU NEED TO HAVE A MASK ON in a loud voice, ok yes I forgot. So if I were the Manager I would instruct all of my employees, the first thing you say is Good day welcome to Tractor Supply, we ask the you please wear a mask while in the store, then nicely direct them to the free masks, not YOU NEED TO WEAR A MASK. What do you think? I will be looking in my email for your response. Wilco is coming to Sonora and the best way for you to keep my business is to be Friendly and helpful. I've been here twice and will be back. If you ONLY buy the sale items then you'll be happy with the purchases, if not, you'll pay a little over retail for sure. People, sign up for the e-mail alerts and buy those items only! Be patient with the staff, take a deep breath before you walk in and everything will be fine. The staff's working hard for you in their own abilities, and seem to care about "me" as a customer. No law students workin' here, just country folk putting in time for a days pay. B.T.W. If you really need to go to a Tractor Supply instead of a small town locally owned feed store, skip the Sonora location. Terrible customer service, store layout, inventory management, etc. On my recent and last ever visit, the store manager was speaking with a customer and had pulled his t-shirt up over his nose and mouth to simulate his version of a face covering. The first half of my visit was a zero star rating. Two young ladies at the register felt the need to carry on their own personal conversation and blatantly ignore my father (THE CUSTOMER). The blonde young lady stayed professional after my father, in his frustration, tossed his tractor supply ad at them; she tried her best to meet our needs. As for the brunette, heather I think, rude would be an understatement. Trying to make things run a little smoother my father (STILL THE CUSTOMER) made helpful suggestions as to what could be done to resolve the issue; heather carried a downright nasty tone, "I know what I'm doing". Simply put by the customer, "I never thought that you didn't". (Backstory: we bought a automatic gate opener only to have a free remote deal start a few days later. We had purchased two remotes retail and came across the ad figuring we would get two more without issue,boy we're we wrong. The ad clear as day never mentions a specific I told her that the online coupon never mentions mentions the model you have to buy. She once again gave us attitude; I went out to truck dig a little more on the coupon. I went back inside asked for a manager and explained my peace. She said okay,"this ad does say you must buy this model; I'll take the upc and you can walk out the door and I'll email corporate that we have an issue". Tractor supply doesn't hire all the best employees proven by my first experience. But teanna is a perfect fit to maintain order amongst chaos. She dealt with the situation flawlessly and exactly as a perfect teacher to the life long lesson,THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT.
