During that time, there were no updates on the status of my vehicle. I had to approach an advisor myself, and they acted as though I didn't have an appointment or even know who I was. The person who initially helped me spent time talking with other people instead of providing me with an update. It wasn't until a manager stepped in that I was finally informed that the head technician had my vehicle. After waiting until 1:30 PM, I finally got my car back with the oil change completed. Taking more than 3 hours for a scheduled oil change, combined with the lack of communication and customer service, is unacceptable and unprofessional. I expected better respect for my time and a simple courtesy update throughout the process.

Six days later I texted her and she informed me it just got there and when would I like to get it fixed. Told her any day besides two first appointment. Did not hear nothing for two days. Got a call from them today to see how everything went. I informed them that the communication stunk. So they had someone else call me. After talking for a while. He stated he seen the text messages. We called Dalton around 5:00 pm and without hesitation he told us to come up and look at the truck. My boyfriend fell in love with it as soon as we took it for a test ride. Dalton was clear and honest about the flaws that the truck had, but offered solutions to all of them. We also had the pleasure of meeting Michael, who is the owner of the dealership. Both Dalton and Michael worked to get our monthly payments as low as possible with a reasonable interest rate, and they were able to get us the most out of our trade in as reasonably possible. They were very straight forward, and equally reasonable. We kept Dalton at the dealership for two additional hours and he maintained a positive and kind attitude the entire time. We didn't feel rushed or taken advantage of. They are a family owned business, and I highly recommend buying from Munsterman Automotive.
