Love having Panda Coffee House within walking distance! It's such an easy go-to for a quick coffee or pastry. The menu has all the classic coffee shop staples, but what makes it stand out is the Japanese-inspired twist on some of the offerings. It adds a fun, unique touch without being overwhelming. Last weekend I tried the ube cruffin and it was top tier; perfectly flaky with great flavor. Definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to as I work my way through more of the menu. read more

We gave Panda House another try, and I was pleased to see they still had some gluten-free options on the menu. While it has a few things going for it, this place still feels more like a bar or diner than a coffee shop. The baristas weren't especially friendly this trip, and there were some inconsistencies with pricing. Overall, it just isn't quite for us. read more

This is a little gem hidden in the Stapleton area. I went in because they have both match and breakfast burritos. I also ordered a pastry. All 3 were over $26 (yikes) so a bit expensive for my taste but otherwise good place with lots of searing and parking. Also friendly staff and delicious food. Would have given them 5 stars but too expensive (could get a bigger medium matcha at Starbucks for less; but I love to always support local business). read more

I was craving matcha and my partner needed coffee so we looked up a place nearby and found Panda Coffee House. The location is pretty cool. There's a lot going on in the space but if you come early in the morning, it is pretty chill. I think they have pastries from Black Box (I could be wrong) but the pastries are really good. They're very buttery. No photos of food cause I devoured that. There's plenty of seats and parking spaces. The matcha was quite good. It wasn't too bitter or sweet. It still tasted like a solid matcha drink unlike the siren chain. If I'm in the area, I would stop by. I don't think this is Panda Coffee fault but the music was so loud. read more

Located in FlyteCo Tower, this coffee house offers a selection of pastries and beverages! Plenty of parking as FlyteCo offers a large parking lot. Panda Coffee House is to the left as you walk in. My friend and I got there in the mid morning beginning of the afternoon and there was still a good amount of pastries to choose from. I got the chocolate chip croissant! They warmed it up for me as well. It was light and fluffy but also flaky! The chocolate in the center was delicious! We sat at a table near the coffee house but looking around there is plenty of open seating. It did get a little loud but we got up to explore too. All the staff were very friendly and asked if we needed assistance. I think this would be a great place to gather friends to hangout and chill, plenty of food options for everyone! read more

This coffee spot is located inside Flyte Co Tower. Been here several times now, all the drinks are pretty solid. I love the variety of matcha drinks and that they always have fun rotating seasonal drinks. They also have a good spread of syrups. The vibes were great and the seating options were probably the best I've seen in Denver...SO MUCH ROOM. Unfortunately my chai was way too spicy for me so I swapped it out for a mocha. The mocha (pre me mixing it) was awful. The taste of the coffee alone was so bad (my go to is an unsweetened latte so it's not an issue of whether I like coffee or not) but once I mixed the chocolate that was on the walls of the cup in, it was okay. We got some cinnamon sugar pastry and the flavor was okay but it was VERY dry. I do still want to come back to try their matcha but pretty bummed this place isn't better. read more

THE BIG: Located inside the FlyteCo Tower in the Central Park area of Denver. Apparently the name Panda was inspired by the owners dogs (pepper and archer). Plenty of indoor seating and a beautiful outdoor area for kids to run around. Parking lot available. THE BLACK AND WHITE: We came here before our pickleball game (recreationally of course) and was in need of a caffeine fix. Panda coffee house is a unique name but serves some damn good coffee and matcha. I usually get my coffee black but was really curious about their oat milk latte. It turned out to be super delicious. The wife got the matcha mortado, which is a lighter matcha latte and is a play on for matcha cortado. That was super yummy. THE FINAL BAMBOO: Overall, the price for a matcha mortado and a coffee was around $12. Definitely a must try if you're aroudn the area for your caffeine fix. read more

FlyteCo Tower where this is located has a super cool arcade / bowling alley / putt-putt vibe but I can't say it screams coffeeshop - at least not the come relax a while / cozy ambiance I go for. There were people sitting at high top tables with outlets working, so it can fit that bill for some. While we were able to get a chair moved for our stroller in the main sitting area I wouldn't call it comfortable. Again, just doesn't scream standard coffeeshop. My husband ordered a burrito which was delicious and deserves full marks. He also had a chai - while good, didn't quite match the hype I expected given it had a big backstory on the menu. I had a seasonal maple latte and the maple didn't really come through. I also asked for "for here" cups and mine came in a to-go cup which was really disappointing - I hate to see single use waste being used unnecessarily. read more

Finally tried the strawberry matcha! It's delicious, of course. I've also tried the cortado since my last review. It's served really nicely, as a sort of coffee service. My only less than perfect experience has been with the chocolate raspberry latte. It had too much syrup for my taste, but hey, at least it's really good syrup! read more

Aaamazing!! Didn't know this opened up in the fun Flyte Co until recently. They have all the usual coffee and tea drinks but also an incredible selection of unique drinks. I enjoyed the mango kulfi delight with matcha - so incredible! It's such a fun family friendly place with video games, bowling, mini golf, etc. My children love coming here - as does my husband! Now we have an excuse to come in the morning to enjoy some fun especially when the weather is questionable. Everyone was super friendly and sweet to my daughter. Such great vibes! read more

Best Strawberry matcha in Denver! I've never been here but really appreciated the large amount of parking and seats inside. This looks like a cute date night spot with the mini golf and arcade in the back. Was a great spot to come do some work and did not feel overly crowded. This matcha was hands down the best matcha I've had in Denver! Not too sweet and the strawberry milk was perfect! Also probably the most beautiful drink I've ever been handed, I almost did not want to shake it. The matcha itself was very delicate and didn't have that bitter aftertaste that a lot of matcha brands can have. I was nearby and remembered this place had a really strawberry matcha but this time around it was barely anything strawberry about it taste and appearances wise, I did ask the employee if it was a strawberry matcha and she said it was they just mix it now and looking closer you do see the strawberry seeds but not a really good drink anymore. read more

My husband, baby, and I, traveled to Denver for a wedding. My husband and I like to try new coffee shops when we travel. A friend recommended panda coffee house because she knows how much I love Matcha and they have an extensive Matcha selection. My husband got some sort of coffee that he really enjoyed. I got a pistachio rose Matcha. It was one of the best Matchas I have ever had. The drink was made with pistachio milk and real rose petals. I was afraid when the drink arrived that it was going to taste heavily floral and perfume-y, but it didn't. It tasted perfectly earthy, yet elevated. The staff at the counter very nice and helpful. There is a good amount of seating inside as they share a space with another business. The parking lot was pretty substantial given that it is shared with other businesses as well. It took a second to find the coffeehouse since it is in another building and there isn't super clear signage outside. But they did have an A-frame in the parking lot. One of my favorite parts of the whole experience was that there was a collection of pandas guests had drawn all tacked up on a post at the counter. I look forward to returning to Denver just so I can visit here again. read more

I was fascinated by the many matcha items such as a matcha latte, matchacano and mortado. The Mortado was SUPER GOOD. If you're looking for a strong matcha with a bit of milk, this drink is for you. New place, only open for a month as of this review! Hella awesome option for a cafe. Service is quick and friendly. I didn't order any of the pastries but they look delicious. Got a matcha cortado and a matcha tonic with strawberry. Matcha cortado was great; though keep in mind that oat milk is the default here. I tend to prefer whole milk, which they do have, but you will need to specify. Folks working here are good about asking in case though. Matcha tonic + strawberry was DIVINE. Easily one of my favorite drinks in the matcha category that I've ever had. Ambience is okay, it's also in the Flyte Tower with everything else that is there, but the vibe is more calm since it's a morning/early afternoon shop (closes at 2pm). Highly recommended, great addition to the neighborhood. read more

The strawberry matcha latte was pretty okay IMO. Once you start to mix the drink, you lose the strawberry flavor and mainly get matcha, which isn't bad but just turns in a regular matcha drink. The Honey Lavender Matcha was a better choice that one of the staff actually recommended and it turned out pretty good. The flavors stayed consistent throughout and didn't get diluted. read more

Now these are luxurious drinks worth the price!!! I am a matcha fanatic and struggle to find good places that serve matcha that isn't super milky and is actually ceremonial. This place got it right. I got a vanilla matcha latte with oat milk and it was strong and creamy with just the right amount of vanilla. My boyfriend got the fruit loops latte and his sister the strawberry matcha. Everything exceeded our expectations. For those interested in sitting down to work, this spot is perfect. We came during the week around 1 pm and it was chill and had plenty of seating. This place was amazing! Most coffee shops are very small with limited space to order and sit. panda coffee House has so much room, you're not sitting on top of each other it's so nice. Stopped by to grab some breakfast and was not disappointed. Almost everything on the seasonal menu looked good to me but I ended up going with the honeycrisp apple matcha-- tastes just like an apple pie. The Chupacabra breakfast burrito was also delicious, I scarfed it down fairly quickly. If I'm ever back in Denver, I'd want to come back! read more

So excited to have a local coffee shop amidst a sea of Starbucks... Cozy spot for a chilly morning! The drink menu (which I didn't take a picture of) is not massive but has got a good selection, all ordinary stuff. I went with my usual: doppio. I also got me one of the baklavas which I saw where all the baked goods are. The tray full of baklavas was on top of the showcase with a lid on it. Looked nicely brown and flaky. Would be a nice mid-morning snack to eat along with my doppio. The guy was efficient. After I placed my order, it was a matter of a minute or two before he handed me the two items. I was the only customer (like I said) but he was super fast. The charge was about $10 for both items. Upon glancing at the electronic receipt, I realized that the baklavas are $7. A bit pricey I thought but they are a good size. Not bad... At home, I enjoyed both of them after my breakfast. I added some almond milk and half and half in my doppio which tasted nice and bitter (for this reason, people think that I drink like the Italians; they do like strong espresso.) The baklava was so filling. The flaky layers stack on top of each other were perfected. The sweetness was just right. For this size/portion, I guess $7 makes sense; the money worth spent for.

But I was disappointed during my most recent visit when my cortado was made with cow's milk instead of the almond milk I ordered and paid extra for. I didn't realize until I'd already taken a few sips. The staff were kind and quickly remade the drink, which I appreciated, but I did end up feeling unwell for a few hours afterwards. It's frustrating to pay an upcharge for non-dairy milk and then not receive it, so I hope more care can be taken with orders like this. I also think it's about time that the upcharge for non-dairy milk is reconsidered, even Starbucks is doing it!

It was a Thursday evening when we arrived at Pho 92, and the restaurant was packed. It was loud, with staff bustling about and patrons enjoying their meals. The aroma of the pho broth was just as I had hoped for a busy restaurant. We waited approximately 10 min for a table. The staff were pretty efficient and looked to have a good system going for bussing tables. Hailing from CA, I am no stranger to good pho, and this place hit the spot. I'm so glad I decided to get the regular instead of the large, because wow those portion sizes were indeed huge. My husband made the "mistake" of ordering the combination vermicelli bowl, and it came packed with tender proteins and crispy egg rolls. That just meant for some delicious leftovers (that actually reheated perfectly). The pho broth was as clear as I had imagined from looking at other patrons' photos. It still had a good depth of flavor, and I thoroughly enjoyed it. It had been a long travel day for us, so I didn't want oily soup. (Sometimes I do enjoy rich, oilier pho broth, but not that night.) The pho came with a plethora of herbs, which I of course used all of. Be warned that their chili oil is very spicy, which I accidentally put too much of without first trying (oops). I generally don't go to the same spot twice during a trip, as I enjoy trying out different local businesses, but Pho 92 would have been a spot I'd return to again if we had had the time and if I had wanted pho again. Their menu is huge, so there are plenty of dishes to choose from to satisfy your cravings, whatever those might be for any given day. We will definitely be back the next time we visit CO!
