The lady with pink hair did eventually come out and speak to me, and I appreciated that, but the other staff members made the environment feel cold and unfriendly. This past weekend. I ordered 15 min early as usual and found myself waiting an additional 30-40 min after I arrived. They either work at a slow pace or they are severely understaffed. And when someone complains about waiting on an order, they will push theirs ahead of yours. Not considering if someone who isn't complaining has been waiting longer.
