I wish there was a way to give 2.5 stars. Luckily for them 2.5 rounds to 3 lol. The coffee is good most of the time, but they do things so differently here than any other Starbucks I've been to around Louisiana. I had to order my usual drink in a way were it cost more but also luckily for me, my Starbucks stars paid for it. Staff is friendly but can be condescending at times. Ordered online, said would be ready in 5-8 minutes. We were there around 15 minutes so there was ample time to be ready. I was standing at the pick up window for 3-5 minutes and the 3 baristas did not even acknowledge me. There were no other customers at the register or being served. I had to call attention to myself and they put out my drinks for me. Then one of my drinks was incorrect and I had to go back in. The barista started making my drink without verifying any special changes in my order and I had to correct him again. Pick it up people. read more

So I stopped by this location to pick up a drink to give me a boost before I hit the road. I ordered a caramel frap. My drink came with no caramel anywhere on top or bottom. I asked the barista where was caramel and she said they don't normally come with caramel. So a CARAMEL frap does NOT come with CARAMEL????? Does Starbucks know this, because that's not what's reflected in the description OR the pictures or at ANY other Starbucks in the US. read more

This used to be my favorite location. But it has gone so far downhill. The staff is laughably rude, the location seems dirty now, and they are always out of everything. On countless occasions I have received the wrong order, which is incredibly frustrating when you order ahead of time on the mobile app and get to work, only to realize they have taken it upon themselves to make the drink as they wish. To name a couple: - ordering the iced caramel cloud macchiato and it comes covered in chocolate syrup Adding chocolate to a caramel drink changes the flavor profile altogether. This specific ordering issue has occurred multiple times. - ordering the pumpkin cream cold brew and it comes without the pumpkin topping When I politely asked for the pumpkin spice topping, the barista corrected me telling me, it doesn't come with that you have to ask. **if you check the menu description it clearly says otherwise** Overall it seems like poor management or perhaps just poor training of the staff. And when you are paying $5 for a beverage, it's understandable that you would like it to be prepared properly. read more

This Starbucks has the largest lobby and best atmosphere of all the Starbucks in the Shreveport/Bossier City locations. They also have a rather large patio since they rent out space in a shopping center and aren't a stand alone store. The fact that it does not have a drive through gives it a more relaxed and local appeal. So, whether you want to catch up on your studies, catch up with friends, or just enjoy the patio on a nice day, this is the Starbucks to go to. I go out of my way to visit this store because they are also the most consistent with drink quality and staff friendliness. read more

As far as Starbucks are concerned, this one is the Cadillac of stores!! The whole atmosphere is amazing and very inviting. To be honest, I've only ever gotten a few drinks here but they have all been made perfect and very very fast. They open nice and early so you can get something on the way to work or you can stop in any time during the day. Yummy!! read more

A little old lady came into this store and tripped on the stage and fell really hard, and NO One from The store came to help her up, check on her, see if she was okay. The cashier just stayed at the register, and no one was even ordering. The barista just watched and didn't help. Bizarre. I am not from the south, but I have normally found the people here in Shreveport to be much nicer and more respectful than the people who work here. read more

Everytime I have gone here which has been like 4 times they have always gotten my order wrong. I say my order loud and clear and they still manage to mess it up. It is not one of those crazy orders that people get it's just an iced coffee with cream and sweetener and they always seem to leave one of them out. I was hoping this time they would get it right but unfortunately they did not. This will be my last time I will not be giving them another chance. Hopefully they start to pay a little more attention to detail to others' orders but that was the last straw for me. This issue has been addressed multiple times by other customers yet management seems unable to take any action. I strongly recommend going to Rhino instead, they have amazing coffee and have never failed to get my order right every single time I've gone there. read more

The power went out while we were here. I was actually using the facilities at the time, but the emergency lights came on with no problem so all was good. The power came back on quickly though, so not all of us were in the dark for too long. We were wanting to pass some time on the way somewhere and thought we'd use the free wi-fi here. Turns out that we could only use the free wi-fi on our phones and not the laptops. We were slightly bummed about that, but the comfy chairs and coffee helped pass the time. read more

I recently visited this starbucks for a drink and study session. It was the afternoon and it was really nice out so I sat outside. It was quiet and a great temperature, perfect place to study. The inside was clean and filled with people. When I went up the the counter the lady was working with merchandise and a couple minutes later came over to help me. She took my order and within a few minutes I had my coffee. Although it was packed inside, there were few people waiting for drinks so it didnt take long. After getting my drink I sat outside and enjoyed the day. This starbucks has a great atmosphere inside and out. However, I think they can improve a little on their customer service. They lady seemed like she had to be there rather than wanting to please the customer. read more

The level of unfamiliarity with the concept of shelf life or expiration leaves gives a low degree of confidence for eating or drinking anything there. read more
