I ordered a pair of 16oz iced mochas for a benchmark test run. These were nicely prepared and refreshing. Welcoming, friendly baristas at the ordering window. Nice plus - my former M&T Coffee stamp card will be honored until it is completed. This location has been our go to during visits from Shoreline to Bremerton. It's good to see that the ownership change has been seamless and maintained quality!

The chai breve that we got tasted like lightly flavored milk barely tasted like chai. When I asked if the kids drink came in a reusable cup they said yes. We were very disappointed when we got the cup as it isn't exactly reusable so we'll see how many times it can be reused. Was this something that they phased out? Maybe others will like the coffee here, as a coffee snot we won't be back here again.

Specifically, this company appears to be serving old/bad cold-brewed coffee to customers. There needs to be better quality control to make sure someone doesn't get sick from rancid coffee!! I ordered a 16oz cold brew (iced) coffee today at this stand on my way to an appointment with my kids, and within the first sip I knew something was off. It took another sip or two until I realized what it was; the coffee tasted moldy. It tasted exactly like what it smells like if you leave a coffee in your car for several days and go dump it down the sink... That musty, moldy smell/taste still hasn't completely left my mouth and it's been an hour since I dumped the rest of the drink out. The employees of this coffee stand need to take better care of ensuring their products are FRESH and not RANCID or MOLDY before serving it to customers. For example: If you have a jug of cold brew in the fridge (whether it's purchased elsewhere or made on-site)? Make sure you write the date on it and if it gets past ~5 days old, dump it out and make or buy more. Follow whatever it says on the bottle for the "Best By" date, and if in doubt, take a sip for yourself first before selling it to customers. If you're not getting enough demand for that particular beverage, you'd be better off not having it at all rather than serving us RANCID or MOLDY cold-brewed coffee! I am extremely mold-sensitive and now I have to worry about health flares from today's unintentional exposure.

On a day we didn't have to rush, we drove up and ordered an Americano. The problem with the drink was it tasted like coffee flavored water. Not like a strong Americano. We asked for a punch card because we figured we could try it another day. They do not have punch cards, they have a notebook which they take your name and put your punches on a page. We were both a little sad about the drinks and possibly might try this place again but the poor Barista seemed so frazzled... Not sure if she was new or what. But if she was new, a little training and support would be nice.

You can't go wrong with the coffee, and you most certainly can't go wrong with the variety of Big Train smoothies and Chai Tea flavors they offer either. They also offer Ghirardelli chocolate and White Chocolate, which is hard to find in a lot of coffee shops. Their list of specialty drinks is endless! In the summer, enjoy a "Grasshopper" which is a blended mocha with mint and oreos. In the winter have a "Ski Lift" which is a Creme de Menthe and Irish Creme Mocha. The baristas are pleasant and the owner who is working the window every once in a while is just super friendly. I'll come by here for my cup o' joe before the drive thru Starbucks down the road!
