After a few minutes, one of the owners walked from behind the counter and handed me my food. I was floored. I don't take gestures like that for granted, especially since he didn't have to do that. I chatted with him for a bit while the other owner continued processing the orders. He said they've been open since January and business has been going really well. I ended up eating this in my car since I still had a few other places to go. The wrap was the perfect size (at least for me)! It was a bit on the smaller side but still packed a powerful punch. The egg and pesto were spot on; I don't recall tasting the peppers but it may have been because I was so hungry!
