One of my go-to boba places in STL! The staff is nice and the ambiance inside is awesome with decor and seating. Parking is easy in the lot outside. Feng Cha has a great variety of choices, including an ube matcha latte which can be difficult to find in the STL area. You're able to adjust the ice and sweetness levels in your drink. Fun decorated and reasonably price boba compared to all the boba skyrocketed these days. The store is clean, nicely decorated (for Christmas) and service was attentive. We were eating lunch nearby and happened to see Feng Cha so we had to stop by! They were having a promotion for a pink Spring drink that was only $1.99 this weekend with the purchase of any drink. Creme brulee bubble tea with black tea was decadent! The crunchy bits of crispy caramelized creme brulee on top were so fun, and the tea was really fresh and creamy. 50% sweetness level was perfect. Since the sides are drizzles with brown sugar, and the boba is also soaked in brown sugar. I also really loved the cheese foam on top, which adds a little contrast to the sweetness of the tea. My kids tried the mango milk and loved the boba, but they didn't care for the mango milk that much. The pink spring drink was strawberry milk with syrupy strawberries and lychee jelly inside. I found it quite refreshing but would dial back on the sweetness next time. They have fun boardgames you can play while you enjoy your boba. We will be back! read more

Ginger Milk Tea, add lychee jelly: crisp, spicy, VERY ginger forward flavor 2. Summer Melon Fresh Fruit tea, add grass jelly: refreshing, mild flavor, grass jelly pieces were too big and sucked up through straw all at once The service wasn't overly friendly, but we ordered from the electronic kiosk, so we didn't have the chance to interact with the staff much. The interior design is very chic and modern. It looks like there's plenty of space to hangout with friends, to do some work, or play some of their provided board games. I visited Feng Cha today and it was super cool inside! The staff was friendly and offered to answer any questions we had about their drinks! Very cute boba tea shop! I'm impressed with the quality of boba tea here. The oolong flavor was strong which I appreciated because most boba tea places couldn't deliver on the tea flavor and all you could taste was the milk. I ordered oolong tea with a taro foam and it was just right. The boba was soft and chewy. The cakes looked so good on the menu and I wanted to try it out but unfortunately they were out. I need to come back next time for those. Other than that, overall I really enjoyed my experience here. I highly recommend Feng Cha for boba tea. The first time I've ever tried Feng Cha was when I visited California. I wasn't really a fan there and trying it here, I'm still not a fan! I feel they lack choices and flavors. I haven't been back to Fengcha for a while. I usually got either Overflowing Grapefruit or their famous Crème Brûlée dirty boba. Last night, I was in the mood something sweet and rich after having sushi, so I went to there to get the cream brûlée dirty boba. I always had to adjust the sweetness level down to 50% since it's too sweet to my liking, but I really liked the boba texture and richness of the crème brûlée here. It was definitely a hit. A place that knows how to do tea! I came on grand opening day and I was first in line! My first impression of the store was that it had great parking and inside it was very clean! The aesthetic of the place gave every turn a picture-worthy area for your IG pictures! The staff was friendly and very fast with my four drinks. 1 Citrus Lord with boba at 50% sugar: 6/10. Not as good as other citrus drinks that I've had. It wasn't that good right away, but got oddly better at the end. I am assuming that the fruit needs more time to disperse its sugars/flavors into the drink. 1 Creme Brulee Dirty Boba: 6/10 Not something that I would go for again, but still really fun to try! It was a little too sweet for my liking. 1 Peach Oolong Tea with boba at 50% sugar: 8/10 I feel like I get this at every boba shop to do my comparisons with each other. 5/8/23 - soft opening I've been waiting to get our own Feng Cha location in St. Louis and we finally got it!!! The decoration was so cute as soon as you walked in the door! The space is so bright and modern! Since it was their opening day, some items on the menu isn't available yet. The staff was a bit overwhelm since it's the first day but I think they're doing great! I literally love Feng Cha. I've had it once in LA and it was good then and is just as good in STL. The boba is soft, chewy, and sweet consistently and when you order 50% sweet, it tastes like 50% sweet. We love tea and their tea drinks actually taste like tea. If you don't like a stronger tea taste, they have good specialty drinks as well. The workers have always been nice and helpful since before grand opening (during soft opening days). It's very clean inside and there are tables to sit, but not a ton. The downside is the parking lot is quite small. read more

I've been here multiple times. I was a fan of Feng cha when they first opened, then they closed, now they are reopen. Every time I visit, the quality gets worse. I used to be a huge fan of the taro and would bring my family here when they were in town but after my last visit, I will no longer be going here. They messed up our orders, we ordered a lychee milk tea and received the drink with no milk, our drinks tasted watered down and the sweetness level was not consistent for any of our drinks... there are far better boba places to go to. One time I visited, we asked for a certain drink and the cashier told us it would be a wait and asked if we were sure we wanted the drink since that drink is "too time consuming" to make, we still ordered it and the drink came out at a reasonable time with the other drinks. I got the peach oolong milk tea and really enjoyed the smooth and creamy taste of my drink. The peach flavor isn't super strong, but I could definitely taste it as a subtle aftertaste. My brother enjoyed his taro milk tea as well-- it was much more silky than we're used to from other boba shops in the area, so it was very rich and took more time to finish. Love the four seasons tea base -- it's really fragrant and I feel like I don't see it often at other boba shops. I typically order 50% sugar level here, and it's the perfect level for me who doesn't like my drinks to be too sweet. The milk tea is also lactose-free which is a plus for me! Boba texture is always consistently soft and chewy! Looks like they added a couple of self-ordering kiosks, which I like the option of having.
