Once again my pick up time was more than 10 minutes past the estimate. I mean really... it's an Americano and milk. That's it! Add to that I ordered iced coffee but got a cup of hot coffee instead. Extremely slow several visits in a row now. Waiting over 30 something minutes over my pick up time that was sent in 10 minutes before that. Happening pretty much every order. So over 40 minutes for 2 drinks each and every time. Done with this place for a while. Will see if this ever gets fixed. When this place first opened the orders were always ready just a few minutes after placing them through the app. Not sure what has happened since then. Funny thing I noticed while waiting outside was seeing different employees pretending to do something while doing nothing. Someone would walk up to the counter where they make the coffee, touch or pick up something and then walk to the back without accomplishing anything. It happened over and over. We put in our order into the app. And arrived 3 minutes late. Our single drink wasn't ready. This was a light night not allot of customers like 2-3 cars and standing at 5 afternoon. It seems the teamwork is lacking having everyone handle the drive thru and leave one struggling at the standing pickup window. Took almost 20 minutes to finish and requested 2 pup cups but only got one pup cup. There was a customer next to us waited roughly over 30 minutes for a simple hot drink. Incompetent staff. Mobile order waited one hour nothing. Requested a refund, then finally they made the drink. Many customers waiting were upset and had to do the same thing. You could see employees inside just walking around doing nothing. read more

First time at time at this location. They were very friendly and my drinks came out fast. I got the Picture Perfect. It was delicious. Michael gave my dog a pup cup and a lot of attention. The wait times are horrendous. They seem to be incredibly unorganized. I ordered a drink at 10 am. Their app stated it would be ready at 10:15. I arrived at 10:15 and didn't receive the drink until 10:35. People were incredibly upset with the wait times. There is no way to cancel an order and get your money back.
