I went to the counter and ordered the Waffle Bono which is a waffle made with yucca flour and topped with fresh fruit, whipped cream and powdered sugar. I'm not really a coffee drinker so I ordered a hot Earl Grey tea as my beverage. I was given a cute coffee cup placard with a number and then chose one of the seats inside to wait for my food. The table setting is very nice with a bowl of coffee beans that has different cards with motivational sayings. My tea came out first and I was very pleased to see it came in a glass tea pot with a beautiful hand painted mug. It was steaming hot as well. When my waffle arrived, it was also beautiful, with the bananas, strawberries and blueberries artfully arranged on top. I knew the dough of the waffle was the same as the cheesy rolls but it still took a bit to get used to how chewy the waffle was. The flavor, however, was fantastic, with a vanilla flavor throughout. The servers were also very nice and would periodically check in or clean off a plate I was finished with.
