The last few times I've been to this Dutch Bros they fail to make my drink sugar free, even though I ask very clearly. I am diabetic so when I drink something that I'm not aware has sugar in it it spikes my blood sugar to dangerous levels. Other than that the staff here are always very nice and I do enjoy coming to this location. read more

We are from Florida and driving through this town on a road trip, I kept seeing these cute little coffee stands everywhere and today finally got to try it for the first time and wow. The drinks they recommend were amazing and the staff were probably the nicest people we have met, not even in Oregon but so far in this road trip. The employees here are over the top friendly which is nice. Depending on what time you come, the car line is awkward but they do a great job of getting people in and out quick. Knocking off one star because the drinks aren't always made consistently and the last time I went one of the baristas wasn't wearing her mask over her nose(which I understand if your mask is a little loose, they do slip down and it's frowned upon to touch your face in food service). Maybe Dutch Bros can supply their employees with well fitted masks. read more

What an adorable little coffee stand! I've never heard of Dutch Bros Coffee, but my sister said it was a thing in Eugene! Thus I had to try it, especially since I thought it was so unique that they take your order while you're in your car. I am wondering, where do they find the space to make all these drinks? I ordered an Iced Vanilla Latte W/ Almond Milk and it was pretty good! It was a little too sweet for me, but still delicious. I am not sure what kind of vanilla they use, but my guess is they use some kind of vanilla simple syrup. I ain't about that simple syrup life, so sorry I had to deduct a star for that. The man that helped us was so friendly and vibrant! I would totally come back and try something new! read more

YESSSSS. Driving through Oregon? COME HERE. You'll find Dutch Bros Drive Thru's all over! This one is particular is in a small plaza and you can see it right off the street. Two sides/two windows where you can either walk up or drive up to place your order. Staff is always friendly and will always ask you what you're up to for the day! My fav? Blended Kicker! Get the large!! You won't regret it. Always a stop here when I'm in the state. Each visit I'm tempted to get one of their other flavors. One day, I will have tried them all! read more

I regularly go to Dutch Bros for coffee drinks and iced drinks. Yummy and interesting combonations. The staff is really friendly and look like they are having a lot of fun. They even offer a puppucino for my doggo when we go. If you are collecting stickers(yes!)you probably want to get there first day or so of the month. They go fast. This review is for a visit from a few weeks ago, but I've been meaning to post on my experience. This was my first time at this particular DB location. The 5-star rating is for service alone!! It was POURING rain and even still there was a guy running around outside taking orders from cars in line. It took me what seemed like forever (at least to me) to make a decision on what I was getting and he was very patient with me, answering questions with not even a hint of "okay lady, speed it up....I'm freezing here and there are a bunch of other cars..." The baristas at the window we're equally as nice and friendly. The drink I ordered was just okay...but that was my own fault on choice. I went with a French Toast latte made with almond milk. It tasted remarkably like French Toast but wayyy to sweet for me. Again, it was a well-made drink but I should've just gone with my normal, plain latte. :) read more

I'm a loyal DB patron from Sacramento and I've never had any issues with my drinks before (I'm a classic Golden Eagle fan every time). I've been in Oregon now for four days, getting DB twice a day and not once has my drink tasted even remotely how it should. The only reason why I power through the drinks is for some energy to outlast my toddlers and enjoy my vacation. So bad in fact, I have changed up my order a couple times and it's still just as bad. My BF said the same thing about his drinks and he has drank the teas here too. DB Eugene, please step up your game as you are not doing the brand justice. read more

Love, love, love Dutch Bros. Their coffee is wonderful, their baristas are always friendly, enthusiastic and welcoming, and now they have ENERGY DRINKS. Seriously! I caught a news report on KEZI about their free energy drink samples, so I went out and got myself a free can. I haven't tried it yet since it's evening, but apparently they serve it with flavors as well (using fruity coffee syrups). I think there's a 'Light' version too, though I can't confirm this with 100% certainty. This will be awesome for summer mornings. My favorite thing about Dutch Bros is probably that they will serve me hot coffee drinks with a straw. I have no rational explanation for why this makes me happy, but it does, so 'Yay Dutch Bros!'. One more thing I love about Dutch Bros is that they will give you stickers. (A little secret though: being Dutch, I cut the 'Bros' part off the sticker and just put the 'Dutch' ones on my car. Don't tell them though, they'll stop giving me stickers) I also want to take a moment to commend Dutch Bros here for doing the right thing in a recent robbery. Last year someone tried to rob the Dutch Bros on Franklin, and even though DB had a 'no weapons' policy for employees, the employee working that night brought a weapon and killed the armed robber in self defense. DB did the right thing by putting him on a month's paid leave and not firing him! Now that's a good and fair employer. read more

Really live and friendly staff. The pretty dark haired girl with the half shaved head is my favorite :) One time I was in between moving apartments and I stopped by here. Usually I don't come on to write bad reviews about places but this Dutch Bros is outrageous we waited 20 minutes for our coffee after they took our order they took the car in front of us order so we couldn't leave because they closed there window and have it to where you have to drive up and park behind other cars and wait, we where in the lane near the road and there was a car next to us so we couldn't get out. The friendliest! The girl taking my order found out it was my first time to Dutch bros and got me my drink for free! This place has some crazy rich/sweet coffee if you are into that. I asked for half sweet and it was still like dessert. Some people go for that, me not so much, but I dig the service and fun dutch theme. Long line, but the employees come out to your car to take your order on a smart phone to move things along. You can tell girls working there have fun doing it. read more

I LOVE Dutch Bro's coffee, so why the 4 stars? Well it would be 3 stars because of the SLOW service but the wonderful people with their wonderful smiles and positive attitudes are AWESOME! The coffee is great tasting and they are wonderful to my son, listening to him yell out his order (I swear some times he thinks he has to outdo a loud speaker!), and telling him EVERYTHING that we are doing today (I don't think that they understand everything that he says but they politely nod and smile saying "really? that's cool!). So all in all they are fun, energetic and very nice people to get your coffee from, excpt for the lines but I think it's well worth it! plus the kids drinks are a GREAT price! 1.50 for a kids not so hot, hot chocolate :D read more
