I love Fast Lane Coffee Milkshakes!! For over 10 to 15 years, I have kept my Punch Cards from my many visits hoping to be near their remaining venue in Springfield. When I got a house and pet sitting position nearby, I collected the Fast Lane cards with my many stamps, just in case they would still honor them. I took a picture of the cards and reached out to Fast Lane via Facebook Messenger to verify I was overjoyed to find i could get a free Milkshake after all this time. I cashed it in yesterday morning and it was tastier than ever!! It was like a sunshine boost on that Grey foggy morning and not only that, they gave me kindness, smiles, joy and would not accept my offer of a tip after letting me know where the nearest place to get money was. I would not give this place one star, if you want your drink made your way as a paying customer should want .. not a place to go, the owner is very unprofessional, childish, rolls his eyes at you and is not about customer service when you have several barista all making your coffee different, when you order the same coffee every-time.. you would think the owner would figure out that there could be a training issue.. or making a paying customers coffee taste like water on purpose. Who knows but this local owned coffee stand does not hold up to be about customer service ( there's a few complaints on here from other customers were treated the same way by the owner ) being in customer service you deal with all types of people , you do not know what people are going through in there lifes that day they come through your drive through .. but for the owner to lash out towards a customer that's not happy with there coffee should NOT be in customer service .. Dutch Bros is by far about there customers , always greeted with a smile and the coffee is always what you order, it is obvious they train there Baristas it's about the customers not about treating the customers unprofessionally, rude, if you have complaints maybe know it is not the customers it's your establishment.. 1. Barista's charging different prices. For the same coffee . 2. Numerous times coffee tasted watered down 3. Wanted a medium drink then gets a large charged for a large . First time here, the coffee prices were definitely on the high end compared to a lot of other places. $6.50 for a 16oz iced mocha. I pulled up to one side of the shop (2 lanes available) and was greeted immediately. They took my order and he got to work really quickly. My drink was done so fast & payment was also quick. The drink was okay, I don't love when it's liquid flavoring I prefer powders for a richer and better flavor. Syrups tend to have a slight artificial flavor. So it's not my favorite. First time ever going here. Selena, the blonde woman that works here had the nastiest attitude I have ever encountered from any coffee shop worker. Then, was extremely rude when I tried explaining to her KINDLY that the drink she gave me was wrong and not what I asked for. All she had to say was "well I made it how you ordered". After paying $9 for a medium redbull smoothie, you would think she would try to resolve the problem and remake it correctly. My fiancé, his sister and I NEEDED to get some coffee stat, so she suggested this place. Boy am I glad that she did! When my fiancé and I travel, we love to try out local coffee joints because it allows us to try out stuff we don't have back at home. Plus we freaking love coffee so that's always a plus. I think he got the milky way one with a few extra shots, I got the go ducks drink and I can't remember what his sister got. All I remember is after we all took a sip of our drink, we all said "oh my goodness, that was so good" and "it hit the spot!" We (my fiance and I don't normally say that at all regarding any chain coffee shops). Fast lane coffee isn't one where you go in and order, but you order it from what looks like a little barn/shack in your car (pretty cool so when it's super cold, you don't even have to get out of your car!) Prices are reasonable, at least for me. I think my drink cost me $3.75 or something? The way I see it is I'd rather pay that amount for local coffee that is brewed there than pay that amount or more for commercialized coffee. All in all, I would come back here to try more of their coffee drinks. I wish I had a bigger stomach so I can do that but it just means I'm going to have to come back to try it! read more

I don't go here very often because I don't live on this side of town. When I am on this side of town they do have the options of Dutch Bro's which I am a fan of, but they just don't do the green tea's, or the flavored red bull like they do here. They are really good. Like you are at a real coffee shop, and not sugared sweet like the DB does it. They are fast, and friendly. I just hate that it is in the Bi-Mart parking lot. It's like playing frogger depending on the time of day you stop in. Watch for that. People might just jump out in front of your car! It has been years since I have tried their coffee, so I can't really say if I like it or not. I am not really a coffee fan, and maybe that is why I do like the taste of DB when I will get an iced mocha. I have several friends on this side of town who stop in here and get their coffee over the DB. So that must tell you it's good. read more

They are one of the only places that I can handle the taste of their coffee in, cold or hot drinks. Other places I've gone to, a majority of them, seems to have a bitter flavored coffee and I do not like nor can I drink it no matter what flavorings I put in. This place is one of the only places that I have been able to handle the coffee and really like it. * And I should probably clarify that when I say coffee, I am actually talking about the espresso. To say that I am a coffee snob might be a little bit of an understatement. I have been waiting to write this review until I had visited enough times to see if there were any flaws or anything I didn't like about this cute little coffee stand. But, I have been frequenting this place for about a month and so far I am still impressed! The funny thing is that I came here out of desperation because I went to another chain coffee stand right down the block and there were lines around the block (sat in line for 15 minutes and barely moved) at which point I was almost late for work but really needed a coffee. I drove by this place and saw no one in line pulled over immediately. I got in, got my Americano, and got out in less than 5 minutes!! Here are some things I love about fast lane: *the quality of their brewed coffee & espresso is delicious - never tastes burnt *their prices are low compared to most coffee places around here *baristas are friendly *they have a wide selection of flavors for coffee, red bull, and teas *I have not had one bad tasting drink and everything I have ordered has been made the way I like *they have an afternoon happy hour If you are afraid to try it because most drive thru stands around here have let you down the way they have let me down, don't be! Tried them again...nice people and decent coffee...the problem is that they are consistently understaffed and the service is painfully slow. It shouldn't take 15 minutes to get a simple cup of coffee with one car in the drive thru. Local owner, great staff. You can order ahead and participate in their happy hour(Monday through Thursday 3pm-5pm) They have great baked goods and beans by the pound. They sell coffee beans as well and have dairy free options. Try their teas or granita! Turtle mochas are also a family fav! Dog treats if your fur babies come along as well! Decided to try this place, even though there are plenty of Dutch Bros. around here. Coffee was good. We drove up just a few minutes before closing - only one guy there, but he was super nice and got our drinks quickly. He apologized when one of our party wanted a milkshake but he had just cleaned and shut down the equipment. He offered an alternative which was fine with us. Waited nearly 25 minutes because I was told this place was great! Got our house coffee's which were mostly warm milk and our poppyseed muffin that was so hot the plastic wrap melted on to it. Save your time and money and just go over to the McDonalds across the street for a better and faster cup of coffee. read more

Every single time I stop by here my day is made. The coffee is better than Dutch Bros and Starbucks hands down and the white caramel mocha is to die for. I go there so often they have my order remember by heart. No whip, yes straws! Cole is normally who is there when I stop by and he is such a sweetheart. And that can also be said for the other people that work there. It's worth waiting for in a morning rush and also worth going for a mid day pick-me-up. I live in CA and I am extremely sad we don't have a fast lane! Best coffee I've ever had and exceptional service. I get the blended mocha with coconut added and it is divine. Been going to Thurston Fast Lane for almost a year now, loved the employees and the coffee...it was the brightest part of my day...but today the Owner was there. I always order my drink at 200 degrees and the employees get it right 99.9% of the time, except during a time when their thermometers were broken. I told Owner to do it at 200 degrees, but he totally scalded the milk and after I drove away, took a big sip and scalded my mouth (going to dentist today too!). Took the drink back. Owner popped into window and I told him milk was scalded, and he snapped back with a smart-ass smile: "That's because you asked for it at 220 degrees!" as he grabbed the cup from my hands. I said no, I said 200, and he snidely retorted: "No! I've heard all kinds of stories about you! Too hot, not hot enough!..." He was just being totally nasty. I was pretty shocked. I told him I would not bother them anymore, and he just shrugged his shoulders as if to say "oh well." I have spent hundreds, probably $1500 in his establishment in the last 8 months I've lived here. I am sad to not be able to go there again, but I won't because it was humiliating. I cannot believe an owner would treat customers this way. I'm pretty heartbroken cause I loved talking to the baristas every day...most days I don't see anyone but them and they brighten my day. Life's too short to frequent places who treat people this way. No more of my money will go into his pocket. read more
