If you haven't experienced Dutch Bros coffee yet go today. This yelper and dear adorable husband are great fans of all aspects of Dutch Brothers coffee. First, the coffee is excellent. We usually have tall Americanos, which are several shots of extraordinary espresso and rich cream as an additive. We have found Dutch Brothers to have Stevia available, which is a plus for those of us who don't do sugar. As good as the coffee is, and it's great, the service is outstanding 5+ stars. In case you don't know about Dutch Brothers they are very picky about the youngsters they hire. They are polite well spoken, and a lot of fun. It's hard to have ambience when you're in a takeout line in your car, but due to the previous comments about the service it's always an enjoyable experience to wait as the orders are taken on a tablet while you're in line and when you finally reached the window you are treated with more smiles and your coffee order. There are Dutch Brothers coffee in multiple places around the country. We love it so much that we travel from place to place looking for Dutch Brothers coffee. We won't have any pictures for you with this review as we're usually putting our coffee into our hand held containers and traveling on. I got this $8 drink the other day at Dutch bros. It's called sweater weather chai, and I personally didn't like it. It would've been good for anyone else but for me, it was just nutty (which I usually like), but I guess it wasn't for me that day. I also requested for oatmilk but I'm pretty sure I got 2% milk because my stomach started hurting 10 min into the drink. I debated on calling and complaining about it because I didn't want to be like that, but I couldn't stomach paying 8 dollars for a drink that I didn't like. So I called. The management was very nice and professional, since I used my app they went ahead and added a drink to my account but he also let me know that if I had just brought the drink back no Mather what time, same day, I would've gotten it replaced! Which was super nice to know for next time. I'll definitely give it another try, but for some coffee it's kind of pricey. I'm still trying to see what the hype is about! read more

I love Dutch Bros. This one is located in an area with a lot of new growth. There are plenty of new businesses over here. Fort Worth is spreading its wings my friend. Dutch Bros is popular and they don't use a drive through speaker system so prepare for a potential wait. But I think it's worth it. I selected the Dutch Freeze Grasshopper with a request for whipped cream on top. It's just so delicious. Especially on a blazing hot spring day in Texas. Yes, I sure did just use spring and blazing hot in the same sentence. Anyways, I recommend that you download the Dutch Bros app so that you can see ALL the flavors. I have been all over the menu buying Freezes, Frosts and Teas and have enjoyed every selection. And the workers are always super social and friendly! read more

This was my go to place, until I had the privilege of waiting at the window for my order. The workers or baristas (as they like to be called) were talking about the customers. The issue is that they think it is ok to speak negatively about customers to one another(in the presences of others) but the moment a customer get in their A** about something they are so sensitive. Therefore, I don't care about your coffee or what ever is on your menu, if your people are going to very loudly and negatively discuss customers. I could take back my little stinky tip. Stopped by a little before 2pm. The guy taking orders outside and the guy at the window were awesome. I do not remember their names unfortunately. I love Dutch Bros. coffee but this location is so slow. I have waited in line for 30 minutes before and the workers are unconcerned and unapologetic. As I wrote this, there are 15 people in line and no one outside taking orders. We have no moved in about 10 minutes and there is no way for us to get out of line. This is disappointing. read more

Needs new management or to retrain employees on Dutch Bros policies. Let me preface my complaint with... I'm not one to take the time to write bad reviews or to complain in general. That being said, my last few visits to this particular store have been less than pleasant, often waiting in short lines for 30+ minutes; however, todays visit was the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced, definitely not the normal Dutch Bros relationship focused motto. My daughter and I ordered the exact same thing, something we always order. When mine came looking like milk, I knew it wasn't made right. I held it up next to my daughter's to show them before returning it. One of the baristas said they looked exactly the same then sent it back to me saying, "we're not doing this today." She and another barista continued to berate me loudly. The nice girl at the window asked if I'd like to taste it first, so I did, and it indeed it tasted like sweetened milk. They begrudgingly remade it continuing to berate me (loud enough that I could hear from my car), and when I tasted this one, I let them know it tasted the way it was supposed to taste only to be met with a snarky look. After calling customer service (which was super nice), I find out that policy regardless of what was ordered is customer is always right and if they don't like their drink even if it was made right and was what they ordered, they can request another drink or to be remade NO MATTER WHAT. Customer service was super apologetic, and the only reason I'm writing this review is make sure this particular store either gets new management or retrains their employees on Dutch Bros policies. Btw, the description of the two baristas... one was a tall blonde and the other was a short brunette with wavy/curly hair. The kind girl at the window also had blonde hair and I don't want her to get in trouble, but I do hope the other two are reprimanded. read more
