I've been to Dutch Bros Coffee in OR near PDX airport, in WA: Bremerton, Marysville, Everett, Renton, and Graham, with this last visit back on a very hot Saturday 7/1/23. I need a major boost of caffeine to head back north to Shoreline. Thankfully, a family member told me of this location near their house. Of course there were the usual lines, but the volume was dealt with efficiency. I was having problems earlier with the Dutch Bros Coffee app and could not upload my birthday freebie. I was really grateful for the assistance given while in the drive through line and was able to get a ginormous iced kicker and another beverage for The Homie without any challenge. Props to the Graham crew for fast, efficient, and enthusiastic service. Smiles all around which was greatly appreciated after a very, very long day on the road! read more

While in route to Northwest Trek Wildlife Park we stopped at Dutch Bros Coffee. Anyone whom lives in or 30 mins outside of Seattle know Dutch Bros Coffee are hard finds; definitely make time to stop by if you spot one. My husband loved his Golden Eagle Americano, and my peach tea was really refreshing!! Hopefully more locations will open, but until then I'll enjoy the treat when traveling south; I highly recommend!!! read more

We come here for our sister dates and pick up Blended Rebels so we have the energy to spend hours running around with my niece at all the coolest parks around. She gets a kids lemonade of course (which in her opinion is superior in lemonades to any other drive thru) and we usually bring one or two of our dogs for a pup cup. Everyone loves it and the staff here is super friendly! I usually look up their menu online to see all their drinks since theres so many but tbh I go with whatever is new and featured! A high dive is always a trusted good one, but whatever I go with I NEED a soft top, it is so so good! read more

Service here is great. The long chats DB is known for us pretty minimal at this one. Lol. It's nice, but I've been to some spots where the small talk has become a full on conversation. So I went to Dutch Bros today, and I have to say, the customer service was good at first, probably from the manager. But then, when I got my drinks, the person who handed them to me slammed them on the counter and didn't even say, "Have a good day." It really felt like she hated her job, and it was a pretty off-putting encounter. Plus, I ordered an OG Gummy Rebel, which has pomegranate, passion fruit, watermelon, and grapefruit, but it tasted like coconut. My sister is allergic to coconut, and she ended up having a reaction. Thought Jazz should be recognized for the extra mile service that she did today. She helped me with my questions about a perfect smoothie for my wife on her birthday. Not only did Jazz show patience for someone unfamiliar with the menu, she made the start of the day better with the birthday cup and a drink on the house. Drinks are OK. Haven't been to Dutch brothers for a while but thought I would just grab something quick. Big Oh, come on mistake took forever to get through line. They were very chatty with everyone ahead of us. Car in front was there for at least 5 to 8 minutes. Interestingly enough, the line was not very long. It was only two cars ahead of me took at least 10+ minutes to get my drink ordered. Couldn't get out of line because of the way that was constructed. Just wanted to get home, preferably with a warm drink. read more

Hey just a PSA to those who don't prefer to wait in the drive thru, do not use the walk up. They took 30 minutes issuing out me and multiple other's drink. Keeping in mind it's below 40 degrees out and they took an extreme amount of time to make 2 medium drinks. I was then late to my next activity of the day being school. Which is extremely unacceptable in my opinion. I'm very disappointed in this company as the walk up is always 3 times slower than the drive thru. Be more accommodating in the future. read more

You would think it was April fools day not Easter after experiencing such bad service at this Dutch bro's. My mother and sister in law love love love the Dutch bro's on 112th and Meridian by the South Hill mall. Great service and on point with the drink orders. As I'm sitting here listening to the terrible experience they just had, I decide to write this on behalf of her: Yesterday on Easter Sunday my mother in law decided to treat my sister in law to Dutch bro's their favorite- only this time it was a different location at 4:00 pm. There were two people helping them, a young lady who took their order, and a gentleman at the window. Right off the bat it was already bad because they drove in before a couple of cars, and still no service. When another car drives in on the other lane she then proceeds to walk over to his car and he points at my mother in laws car saying they were there first. She then waved off my mother in law and started laughing then proceeded to take his order. Then when she was finished with him, he pulled up, in front of my mother in laws car and she just stood there. Then my mother in law pulled up- and she made it clear, "i was waiting for you to pull up to me." Ok? However it was ok for her to walk to someone else's car and take their order. She then takes their order, They ordered a banana creme and a s'mores freeze with whip. Once she drove up to the window, the guy did not make eye contact and quickly asked her to pay, they take tips before they give their drinks, she wished she never gave them a tip after receiving not one but TWO mochas no whip, (tasted the same) as If they were from the same blend. They were not happy once they tasted the drinks after they drove off. How do two people mess up one simple order, and not pay attention to what they are giving out. Now they know why he didn't make eye contact. Nobody wants to pay for something they didn't order and even less, enjoy it. They will not be back at that location. And actually it turned them off Dutch bro's back to big foot Java. We will be calling them. We didn't yesterday to observe the holiday. read more

So it took me a little bit to write this review, but I have to say the baristas here are so kind. My son was having a bad day, so I took him for a shake to cheer him up. I was racking my brain trying to think of where to go, and I looked online and saw that Dutch brothers had an awesome selection of shakes. so we pulled up, and I didn't see the shake he selected online on the menu, and I asked, and they were like heck yeah we can make that! It was the dragon slayer shake in case you were wondering. It sounded pretty awesome to me and my son. But my son was just in the dumps when we ordered. The person could tell, and I mentioned that he had had a rough day, and they just made something as simple as getting a milk shake the best experience ever. We pulled out of that drive-through, and he felt like a bad a** dragon slayer, and that was pretty rad of Dutch brothers to do that for us. So thank you! read more

Today was the last straw for me and Dutch Bros. My order is always a large freeze no add flavors, and no topping. My freeze had that disgusting soft top garbage on it. I had to throw it away. Besides not being able to get my order right, I really have a problem with the way they turn the tablet around to extort a tip from you. This was my last visit, because I can't afford to buy something to just have to throw it in the trash. read more
