The texture of the ice blended drink was smooth and creamy, there were not chunks of ice like other places tend to have. The flavors were spot on! The drink was the perfect combination of both flavors merges together and the lychee jellies were flavorful as well. Before I could let them know that I was fine with the mistake, the drink was dumped and remade, adding even more to the wait time. Unfortunately, the remake was also incorrect--this time missing the powder flavoring I had originally requested--resulting in a plain shake. Given the extended wait, the lack of customer service, and the price point, I cannot justify returning. I value supporting small businesses, but this experience demonstrated why many customers turn to chain establishments that have the staffing and systems to provide consistent service.
