We always get greeted with a smile from anyone working, they are so sweet, most of the employees know us by name, even our daughters. The gals there most of them know my order by heart. Next time I would add chocolate drizzle in the cup for a little extra of that chocolate flavor but the soft top & cookie crumbles compliment the cold brew flavor really well. I went to the Lakewood location on a Sunday afternoon and the 2 girls that helped me out were just the sweetest ever I didn't get their names but they made my day with their bright attitude! I was coming to dutch bros almost every morning . until one morning I noticed that the young lady that took my order did not turn the screen around towards me so i can decide if i wanted to put a tip or not as i normally just tip a dollar. As i proceeded to the window i politely requested my receipt which the young man gave and noticed that she selected the tip herself ! though it was only a dollar i felt robbed and that my choice was taken from me . What if i only had just enough that day . As i left I called a few of my coworkers who I know go there too and told them what happened ! WALA a week later one call me and tells me how the same thing happened to her and the young lady tipped herself $3 which caused her account to be over drawn and she had to be. $25 over draft fee . TO ME THIS IS STEALing ! Even after all that i still went the next day after my incident and i always order a sugar free drink vanilla ice coffee. Well my last time going i'm pretty sure she gave me a regular drink as she was now inside the building and not outside taking orders . My sugar went from 127 to 538 so fast and the only thing i had was that drink that i drink every single morning and never had that problem . I will never go back here! read more

Since opening this location has really had their customer service right. They always have a long line, but someone outside taking orders and speeding up the process. The staff is friendly and accommodating. On one visit the order was incorrect, but we didn't know until after leaving. It was no big deal. When we returned on another visit we asked if the coffee order had changed because it didn't taste the same the last time we ordered. They gave us a new one free of charge to make up for the previous visit. Very nice! My partner has been wanting to check this place out for a while and I'm glad we finally did. She ordered the macadamia annihilator and was super excited about it. The employees there matched her excitement which made our quick 5 min experience that much more memorable. There was an employee taking our order outside, and there are multiple menus around. We were unaware that Dutch Bros had more than just coffee, which was an exciting find. The ladies at the window were pleasant and they gave us stickers upon request. I loved the design of the coffee top; it made it easier to drink coffee in my opinion. The top also included positive words. So checked out the new Dutch Bros on Sunday and they were super busy (opening weekend). Not a problem, waited for our drinks and we were off. My wife's energy drink was fine, nothing to rave about but nothing wrong either. My drink, a "Jelly doughnut" breve, seemed... flavorless of both syrup and coffee. After a couple of swiggs, about 10 minutes down the freeway, I finally pop the lid off mine to find I have a nice cup of warm milk (not even sure it was a breve). Not going to go back to have it fixed at that point. Update - Dutch Bros sent me a gift card to make up for it. I'll give them another try! Update- I tried a breve "golden eagle" with white coffee. OK let me start off by saying I'm a big fan of Dutch Brothers When it comes to the building itself there's no frills or lavish decor its kept simple it's great a walk up window & a drive thru place your order and be on your way now don't get me wrong for those customers whom like to relax, do some work, hang with friends etc... this place is made that way I'm guessing to keep the cost of there beverages at a reasonable price it's only my own opinion. They offer Military Discount, a WIDE VARIETY of flavors which can be added to your drink there (MILK OPTIONS) regular milk & non fat, soy, almond, heavy cream, half/half. There are many choices either pick what's on there standard menu or there secret menu on the web you can also create your own concoction they will be more than happy to make it for you. As always they provide excellent customer service they are the friendliest, happiest, cheerful bunch I have ever encountered maybe cause the ratio of there kind, perky personality mixed with caffeine & great coffee served here just a little humor on my part but they always at least from what I have noticed is great service in preparing your beverage to customer satisfaction & trust if your not happy they will fix it, make it over or offer you something else. I have been here twice now with my grandmother, always a treat for us! So far I have had the peach tea! A must! And the FireLizard Rebel! A must have also. The fire-lizard, well when I hear fire lizard I think like cinnamon! But this is STRAWBERRY, BANANA, ORANGE! It really hits! There is just so much to choose from I can't even decide when I go! I have to look at the menu before I come. What I like is customer service, and they deliver. The first time they would get a 8 out of 10! Everyone can have improvement. This last time I'd say about a 6! The red head gal was nice but she just didn't seem to really want to help. She was quick to get us through and rush us a bit. So she could talk to the girl who walked out the door with a drink and to try that drink. I won't knock DB for that! I still will come back. Amber was extremely rude! I am a grants pass resident and Dutch bros is a place of the coffee norm of my choice other than rogue roasters.. all I asked was what purpose does the 2 lane that ultimately combines into one?.... I picked the shortest line (as she suggested I should have taken, signswere already posted) and waited to get to the front after 2 cars that came after me in the other line passed up 2 of the ones that were in front of mine. She told me that it's so that they don't get fined... she also gets an attitude when I told her that it doesn't make sense for the customer. She decides that she doesnt want to take my payment but tells me it's $10.80 and to pay at the window. I pull up to the window and Brandy says 'it's on us, because of the line.' The problem was the attitude at the end of the dAy. I understand the employees don't make up the rules or pick the location... I think all of Dutch bros employees need to take a trip to grants pass and have them teach them how everything's done. I think the issue now is that most of these places are now FRANCHISED! And if the employees aren't being taken care of (in which I think they aren't) then maybe Dutch bros need to reconsider the franchising. Visit grants pass and you all will see the difference in these Dutch bros. I'm giving g 1 star because their system sucks how they take orders. I'm always getting helped 1 or 2 cars who were here after me. Not before me. This right here drives me crazy. So, let me start off by saying, I have had Dutch Bros coffee many times and loved it, but this was my first time at this location. I stopped by Saturday afternoon to get a soy mocha. The baristas were extremely friendly, hence the 2 stars, but the coffee unfortunately was not good. It had a slight hint of flavor that I remembered I loved in the past, but it wasn't hot (sort of mildly lukewarm), there was only a faint coffee flavor, and there was very little chocolate taste. I let my seven-year-old try it and she said it tasted like chocolate milk. That wasn't quite what I was going for, and even then, it would have been more like bland chocolate milk that had been sitting out for a couple of hours. Super disappointed. read more
