I'll have to try one on my next trip. Today, I ordered a pistachio latte that had some pretty excellent foam. They use Monin syrups, which is my preference (second to house made syrups, of course).

It was very flavorful and very filling. I would've loved it even more if it were piping hot instead of just warmed, but it still got the job done! As for the drink-- The pistachio flavor definitely overpowered the hazelnut flavor, but since I love pistachios, I didn't mind it as much as I would typically. Overall, Geo's Café is a lovely new spot with a great selection of small bites and a very spacious, yet quiet atmosphere that's perfect for anyone looking to work or study. I had come a long way, and didn't feel like relocating, so I settled for a cinnamon roll, which was okay, but I REALLY wanted to try the vegan breakfast burrito with sweet potatoes. In the back, the coffee shop has a little Christian bookstore, clearly centered around The International House of Prayer (located next door) - so I'm guessing this coffee shop has some sort of connection, too.
