Every time I go, the experience is consistently great. The drinks are always made quickly, and there's so many options to choose from depending on what you're in the mood for--whether it's something sweet, something strong, or a fun blended drink. The staff really stands out here. They're so upbeat, friendly, and always make you feel welcome, even when the line is long. It never feels rushed or impersonal, and they somehow still manage to keep things moving fast. I've honestly made friends with a a ton of the associates at this location It also has a really fun, energetic vibe that makes even a quick coffee/energy drink (rebel) run feel a little better than usual. Today, summer drop is crazy straw. The requirement is to purchase either a medium or large drink. Each drink will receive a crazy straw. Their directions and street cones/signs are horribly placed. So, the line was hectic and confusing. There's also a walk-up order too. I usually grab my american eagle drink medium size. They always do great on my medium-sized drink. I receive my crazy straw. The hole is really thin, so sucking my drink is really hard. I recommend just using my regular straw. read more

Not the horrible reviews I've read about this location but def worse than the one on lacey. The drinks were good and on point. Service was friendly but for as many cars in the drive thru they could be doing a little better to get cars served and out of there. I understand good food and drinks take time, but their business is dependent on fast, reliable service and this location lacks the speed. Work on that and you will get more stars. read more

The drinks here are the best. I visit 3 different DBC's regularly but this one is my favorite. I will sometimes go out of my way to the 10th Ave Fargo location. I have ALWAYS had a great experience here. The broistas are on it! I love the upbeat attitudes, always happy to see me, always smiling and seem to be having a good time. Love the music and the cranberry orange muffin tops! I usually try to get a different coffee every time so I can try something new but the Bob Marley is my favorite! read more

I normally go to this dutch bros but today i went with my girlfriend and she ordered before me and the lady helped her with no problems. My turn to order she was rude and didn't want to help when i said i have an order. she sighed when i started to order and was talking to me very rude for no reason. i spent a total of $30 and she made my experience very terrible i don't think i will be going back to that location. Pulled in and there was three cars two workers. Next thing you know mother car roles up and guess what he got served before us. This happens all the time! It is so irritating!! And I always get stuck behind someone with 27 drinks!! To my one! How hard is it to see the order of cars when there are so few? My boyfriend and I went to Dutch bros tonight as a way to end the day and honestly regretted it and every cent we spent. We got very ugly rude service. The closing crew was so rude, specifically the female with tattoos. She took our order in a rude tone while slamming the iPad down and shaking her head no while making our drinks. I'll start by saying I have never had a bad experience before at a Dutch. For the first time ever on oct 3 2025, a worker by the name of Josiah decided against taking our order in line when we were next. Completely ignoring us. Obviously getting upset, I spoke to the team lead that night but nothing was done about the situation. This whole experience has given me and my family a bad experience with Dutch. This place needs to do better and not hire just anyone. Work on your line management and customer service because your worker Josiah doesn't need to be bringing an attitude on the job. This makes for a poor customer experience like last night , poorly managed facility, and y'all apparently don't know how to train your workers. Highly suggest keep Josiah with the bad ass attitude inside making the drinks. Work to improve yourself here guys! I would hate for yall to start getting bad rep all because of a snotty teenager or something. read more

Absolutely no reason that cars should be lined up and waiting in a 10 person line at 6am. Why do you only have ONE employee working at this time? That's ridiculous and should be a labor law. This place make their drinks very good for being a fairly newer location. The wait is not long at all. Normally very fast.

they were still open and didn't close for at least 20 minutes did they help us out, nope. we could clearly see them looking at us from inside just talking and not working. this is why i choose local coffee places. read more
