This DBros Coffee location is probably my favorite location of this quickly expanding coffee company. The drinks here are generally consistent, although there have been a couple of errors in making my drinks cold when I ordered them hot. No worries though, the drinks were quickly remade with no problems. Service is always great and the long drive-thru lines move quickly. Great location with some outdoor seating and walk up window for enjoying your drinks onsite. read more

I'm sitting at the drive thru window as I write this. Got in line at 1:00pm and it is currently 1:52pm. They haven't acknowledged that they're busy or backed up and working on our drinks. Not a single word has been exchanged while sitting at this window. No sense of urgency. Poorly managed. Definitely don't recommend this location. read more

Honestly it was the longest wait for a drink in my life. I get it if you're short staffed but if you know you're going to get a lot of customers during your peak hours why do we only have 2-3 people working during that time & especially when the line is wrapping around the parking lot... Whoever made y'all's schedule needs to dig deeper into your peak times/business. Your poor associates are overwhelmed...maybe you should have your vets/faster associates scheduled so that way you can make drinks quicker & get them out quicker to get the line down. The coffee was good but worth the wait? No. If your hours are the problem, make the adjustments so that way you won't have your customers waiting 30 minutes for one drink. Associates were sweet but definitely under immense pressure. Do better management! read more

Ordered at the walk in window. The lady that took care of me with the pink hair needs some more training in being personable. Didn't smile, was not friendly just indifferent, no eye contact. First and last experience here. Besides the maze you need to trek through to "actually" find the drive thru to this place, the drinks are disgusting and we're not worth the time wasted. Here's why I say "time wasted." We arrived to two cars ahead of us, the one in front of us the staff knew, cause a few came out to talk to them. No joke, it took almost 10 minutes to get out of the drive thru from the time we arrived. At one point the car in front got their stuff and left and the car in front of us still sat there. Then when they finally decided to pull up to the window, they talked to the staff for another minute or two then took off; they didn't order anything!!!! WE WAITED BEHIND THEM JUST SO THEY COULD TALK!!!! The girl who took our order was actually sweet and pleasant, it was a nice experience while it lasted. The store looks really nice, they don't have an inside so it's just a walk up and drive thru, But Just because you're a Dutch Bros doesn't mean customers will come running! Plenty of other great locations in town now, so don't waste your time going to this one! If this is how they treat customers, they're not worth the time or money! Both a waste! I don't know what's worse, the wait or to finally get your drinks and they taste like garbage. Now we're on the way to our fav location to get these replaced. I just had the best experience at Dutch brothers and I'm not even from Visalia. There was an employee by the name J-Rod that I met who had excellent customer service. Not only was J Rod, courteous, intelligent, and very good at his job, but he provided a service that most of our Starbucks and fast food joints forget about... J-Rod's customer courtesy, customer integrity, and just overall human kindness. I have never had a better experience in my life than I did today at this Visalia location. This group brightens my day EVERY day and they do it with such kindness without even knowing the impact they have. I lost my husband in 2021 after a brief illness and my world shattered. I am learning to navigate life in a whole different way. I started coming to this location as soon as they opened and they have all been so precious to me. These smiling faces greet me each time with joy, laughter & kindness. They are truly a bright spot in my day. I cannot tell you how much difference they make in any given day. What a great store, location ......found it perfectly the first time and as trailblazers like Lewis and Clark navigated ...the path was discernible, and while the roads are under construction it is still being carved out.,..but if you have two brain cells and are not entitled, and lame , you can find your way there with zero trouble.....I did on the first time ...maybe if you think this is a maze ....you need to get your diaper checked ... Every time I've go through the line at Dutch there are two baristas, Monique and AJ, that really go above and beyond!! When Monique takes my order in the drive thru, she is very compassionate and sweet. She always makes sure I'm doing okay, even on the rough days. When I grab my drink from the window, AJ provides amazing and friendly service! Her humor brightens my day. I have never had a bad experience going to this Dutch Bros location. This dutch location will always be my favorite. The barristas are always nice and are always smiling whenever i roll through, and they always make me feel special and important No matter how long the lines are i never feel like im waiting longer than 10 or 15 minutes to get my drink and this is with me being in the back of a long line of cars. Whenever i go, i usually see Sherring at the window and she always makes me laugh. They finally opened the side entrance on mooney so it is so much easier to get to the drive-thru area. My favorite drink is a strawberry banana peach smoothie with soft top on it. I like that this one has a seating area and lots of parking. If you're waiting for a table at texas road house just walk over and get a drink!! read more
