I ordered the golden eagle drink expecting a nice , rich flavor, but what I got tasted more like milk with just a splash of coffee. It was far too light and didn't have that strong coffee kick I was looking for. I ended up feeling like I paid for flavored milk with ice rather than a satisfying coffee. While I appreciate the quick service and friendly atmosphere, the drink just didn't meet my expectations. If you're someone who likes strong, robust coffee, you might want to be very specific about your order here or opt for something else on their menu. Finally had a chance to stop by and give them a try. I ordered the seasonal pumpkin brulee latte. There was a slight hint of pumpkin flavor. IMO, the drink was underwhelming. The drive-thru needs some work, not as efficient as it could be. Some customer, a couple cars ahead, was holding up the line at the window. Even if you place a pre-order, the estimated pickup time is rarely accurate, so you should still expect a long wait. The drinks themselves are good, but if you prefer something less sweet, you really have to customize your order. The drive-through setup is pure chaos. Employees outside taking orders are often more focused on chatting with each other than directing traffic, and their appearance feels unprofessional for a customer-facing role. The entire process could benefit from better structure and flow. They should really take notes from places like In-N-Out or Chick-fil-A, where one person takes your order and payment and clearly directs you into the line, "you'll be behind this car at the merge." Love the coffee, but the experience today wasn't great. While waiting in line for a few minutes, Dutch Bros had a CO truck parked out front refilling their beverage system. Without any warning, the operator started releasing the CO he was wearing ear protection, but the rest of us (including kids and dogs in line) had no notice. It was loud, sudden, and honestly pretty unsafe. I am not a huge fan of sweet coffee but I do like it creamy.. one of my favorite go-to's is the vanilla protein latte, light ice. Low calorie and a lot of protein and super tasty with just a little sweetness in it. Don't let super long drive-thru lines phase you and turn you away... I've been in a line that looks like it's 50 cars long and and ended up taking me less than 15 minutes. Really really unfortunate experience. Went through the drive thru and waited 55 mins just for both of my drinks to be wrong and messy. I got the golden eagle and it was 90% wrong. The second drink was input incorrectly and needed remade. Nobody apologized for the mess up or the long wait. Really poor customer service. I hope they get it together. read more

When I finally get called up, I was told that they would start working on my order... what is the point of ordering ahead if you're just going to start on my order when I check in? We were in town and stopped by Dutch Bros before heading home. We stopped by around 1 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon and the drive-thru line was packed. Ordered my drink via the app and my other friends ordered at the drive-thru. All of our drinks were really good. It's located near diamond Drive, which is the exit you would take if you were on the 15! It's in the shopping center that is across from the Stater Brothers shopping center on Mission Trail. I ordered a banana split Dutch freeze, which is my favorite and is always spot on! As always, the employees at Dutch Brothers are always incredibly friendly and helpful if you have any questions. I've been back 2 times since my last review. I will say that Dutch Bros Corporate food reach out to me after my 3 star review of this particular DB. They did also make things right by giving me a e- gift card. Kudos to a Dutch Bros for this. I will say my return visits have been much better. This last time, the walk up counter staff were much friendlier and helpful. She even reminded me that I had a reward to use. I got the sugar free/ lower fat Golden Eagle iced coffee with %25 ice. Who doesn't love Dutch Bros?! I know I do! Thanks to Duke Eric F., I found out that this Starbies rival was coming into the Elsinore area a few weeks ago. Coffee lovers, rejoice!! I find it hilarious that almost all the locations I've been to are near a Starbies. This one in Lake Elsinore is no different. It's situated at the far end of the parking lot of Pins 'n Pockets. They have a double drive-thru like most other locations, and the service is pretty fast. They have a small menu at the actual drive-thru, but if you download the app, you'll discover way more, and you earn points for every order. Sometimes, they offer bonus points that get you freebie drinks even faster. I already have mine, so yayyyy!! I used to frequent DB a lot whenever I was in the Sacramento area. Happy to have them in this neck of the woods. The employees are on it! They're enthusiastic, organized, and very friendly. The line hasn't been bad at all both times I've gone, but I would still avoid peak times like weekends. They also offer a nice sized patio area here if you want to chill with some friends or fam. I was really excited this morning to get my coffee. But unfortunately the color of my coffee was so off, I thought i had accidentally ordered myself a rebel. It also looked like it had been sitting awhile. I did do order ahead but, other people who did order ahead who were behind me in the line were getting their drinks before me. They even came up to my car asking if I was someone else. My coffee ended up tasting like water and stevia. I had two sips and didn't touch it again, when I was really excited for it. I've had an order like this before but with a different flavoring and it did not look like this. I downloaded the app last year after they opened. This year I was sent a free drink for my birthday month. I ordered the iced green tea with honey for myself and my husband. I don't know what was wrong with the honey but it had the most disgusting smell and taste. It completely ruined a perfectly good green tea. So definitely do NOT add honey to ANY drink. I doctored mine up with lemonade which made it tolerable but not great. I have not tried any of their coffees so I can't speak to that. The drive thru was backed up into the parking lot which has been my experience three times now. I left the past two times. Order via app and choose walk up to window for pickup. It is a cute place and the employees were very friendly. The cup is super festive. It is a well run and efficient business. I didn't wait long at all for my drinks. I watched the Dutch Bros on Undercover Boss and was beyond impressed with how they run their business and treated their employees. For that reason, I will be going back to try the various coffees. I'm not letting one nasty drink (ruined by honey) stop me. So I may upgrade the start status after another visit. read more
