Their drive thru is not very efficient. I thought the point of a two way drive thru is for faster ordering and shorter lines. Not here! The staff can never monitor the order of arrival, so cars arriving later are approached first before your turn. People don't understand the concept of zipper merge and cut each other off so by the time you're at the window, the order they have ready isn't even yours. Do better dutchbros! read more

While I appreciate the quick service and friendly atmosphere, the drink just didn't meet my expectations. The drinks themselves are good, but if you prefer something less sweet, you really have to customize your order. The drive-through setup is pure chaos. Employees outside taking orders are often more focused on chatting with each other than directing traffic, and their appearance feels unprofessional for a customer-facing role. The entire process could benefit from better structure and flow. They should really take notes from places like In-N-Out or Chick-fil-A, where one person takes your order and payment and clearly directs you into the line, "you'll be behind this car at the merge." My friend got an annihilator and i know this is a creamy drink but it was ALL milk, there was no taste of any coffee in this drink what so ever. absolutely disgusting. We were in town and stopped by Dutch Bros before heading home. We stopped by around 1 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon and the drive-thru line was packed. Ordered my drink via the app and my other friends ordered at the drive-thru. All of our drinks were really good. I tried one of the strawberry refresher drinks with a strawberry soft-top and it hit the spot. Definitely way better than Starbucks. read more

It's located near diamond Drive, which is the exit you would take if you were on the 15! It's in the shopping center that is across from the Stater Brothers shopping center on Mission Trail. I ordered a banana split Dutch freeze, which is my favorite and is always spot on! As always, the employees at Dutch Brothers are always incredibly friendly and helpful if you have any questions. Went to this location about two nights ago now and went pretty late. I was craving a sweet drink after a long day in the heat and moving, and I CAN NOT express enough how absolutely amazing my experience was at this location. I live in Murrieta (2 mins from the new Murrieta location) and still chose to drive to this particular location due to the great service and always spot on drinks. That night Abby and Alianna were working and made my night 10000% better. They were the up most friendly, the service was so fast, and the best part is they made me feel so much more excited about giving birth in just a few days. I find it hilarious that almost all the locations I've been to are near a Starbies. This one in Lake Elsinore is no different. It's situated at the far end of the parking lot of Pins 'n Pockets. They have a double drive-thru like most other locations, and the service is pretty fast. They have a small menu at the actual drive-thru, but if you download the app, you'll discover way more, and you earn points for every order. Sometimes, they offer bonus points that get you freebie drinks even faster. I already have mine, so yayyyy!! I used to frequent DB a lot whenever I was in the Sacramento area. Happy to have them in this neck of the woods. The employees are on it! They're enthusiastic, organized, and very friendly. The line hasn't been bad at all both times I've gone, but I would still avoid peak times like weekends. They also offer a nice sized patio area here if you want to chill with some friends or fam. First occasion: There is a line for order pick up and line for placing order. There seems to be no priority to who is first in either line because I was first in line in the order pick up line, only for them call up the people in the placing order line, even though I was there before the people in the placing order line. When I finally get called up, I was told that they would start working on my order... what is the point of ordering ahead if you're just going to start on my order when I check in? They did also make things right by giving me a e- gift card. Kudos to a Dutch Bros for this. I will say my return visits have been much better. I was really excited this morning to get my coffee. But unfortunately the color of my coffee was so off, I thought i had accidentally ordered myself a rebel. It also looked like it had been sitting awhile. I did do order ahead but, other people who did order ahead who were behind me in the line were getting their drinks before me. They even came up to my car asking if I was someone else. My coffee ended up tasting like water and stevia. I had two sips and didn't touch it again, when I was really excited for it. I've had an order like this before but with a different flavoring and it did not look like this. I downloaded the app last year after they opened. This year I was sent a free drink for my birthday month. I ordered the iced green tea with honey for myself and my husband. I don't know what was wrong with the honey but it had the most disgusting smell and taste. It completely ruined a perfectly good green tea. So definitely do NOT add honey to ANY drink. I doctored mine up with lemonade which made it tolerable but not great. I have not tried any of their coffees so I can't speak to that. The drive thru was backed up into the parking lot which has been my experience three times now. I left the past two times. Order via app and choose walk up to window for pickup. It is a cute place and the employees were very friendly. The cup is super festive. It is a well run and efficient business. I didn't wait long at all for my drinks. I watched the Dutch Bros on Undercover Boss and was beyond impressed with how they run their business and treated their employees. For that reason, I will be going back to try the various coffees.
