The staff is great and the product is good but I have a big issue with the fact they are not staffed to support their give away days. If they are aware of the large crowd this drives why are they not prepared to get customers in and out? I waited over 30 minutes in line before I could even place my order. Also I order decaf because I can't drink regular caffeinated drinks, they brought the wrong drink out, luckily it had soft top so I knew there was an error but they almost gave me caffeine, this is dangerous to many customers that cannot consume it for health reasons. Lines should not be at a stand still wrapped around the building for long time periods, there is a gap in their operations that they can't move orders fast enough for a good customer experience experiences and caffeine order errors can lead to big issues legally read more

The fact that his employee threw her hands on the window after me telling her that she had gotten my mom's drink wrong had given me. The drink completely melted told me that she would refund me. She handed me my coffee and told me to have a great day, never refunded me make matters worse I get home. I had my mom the drink. It gets all over her why there was a hole in the cup. The employee had stated it's 10 o'clock and she had to go home. Well, that's too bad. I went in the drive-through at 9:30 it was her job to take accountability and handle it instead I have been out of a job for three months looking for work and someone is complaining about having a job. I would genuinely suggest hiring folks that are not teenagers. That actually have experience with customers that have a temperament to handle customers, I will never ever go back to this business. I was looking forward to trying their coffee because I had heard good things and even saw the Dad Social post about them. I ordered 2 large iced, sugar-free vanilla coffees with almond milk. I asked that they put easy ice and easy almond milk in both. I paid with a card and didn't get a receipt and wasn't offered one, which I thought was strange, but I didn't ask for a receipt either. When I got to the window I was given large cups but they were only 2/3 of the way full. I asked why and was told that I had only ordered medium coffees. I said I had ordered large and a conversation took place between the window person and the interior staff in which they seemed to correct their understanding that I had ordered large. However, what they offered was to add more ice to my drink, not more coffee. I asked if they could add more coffee and they went back to the explanation that I had ordered medium coffees. I was charged for large coffees and I didn't want to delay the people behind me in line because I was in the drive-through, so I simply said I'd take them. I will say everyone I encountered was very polite from the person who took my order to the person who was at the window. However, chances are I will not return because I clearly ordered large coffees, I was charged for large coffees but I was not given what I ordered and was not given the choice of having more coffee added to my cups. read more

I waited an hour to get my 2 drinks and was told about 45 mins in that they were "starting my drinks" 10 mins later no update, no drinks. Might be over 60 mins for a MOBILE ORDER. Training appears to be a 2 min crash course because no one knows what they're doing here. read more

I just left the window very irritated and upset. I placed a mobile order at 10:08am. I did not received my drink order until 10:29am. Several people walked up and ordered after me and received their drinks. After finally getting some room to go up to the window to ask what is going on, the lady seemed flustered and unapologetic, stating they had to remake my blended drink but yet both were sitting on the table when I walked up. All it takes is simple communication and had I been told what was going on instead of seeing several orders after mine getting their drinks, perhaps I wouldn't be so pissed off. I know they just opened but please get it together. There should be people working separately on drive-thru orders versus walk-ups. I won't be coming back to this location for awhile. read more

Waited in the drive through for a very long time. Ended up moving the cones to get out of line to leave. Two other cars did the same. Also, the line is not organized. It goes into the parking lot of nearby businesses with cars parked. It's nice that there is one close by but they need more staff and better organization. read more

just now New I like there drinks but the wait times are ridiculous long for drinks I get food faster in a sitting restaurant. Waited almost an hour and the lines didn't even go pass their start line. Workers seem confused taking orders and at times I see them bullshitting. My tea was also not hot you can tell it was just sitting there. Until they get their shit together I will not be back. The owner should really take a good look at themselves and how their managing their establishment. read more

Great sugar free options. Service and quality needs perfecting but they did just open so I'll let them work the kinks out.. the coffee at Starbucks is stronger but they don't have the sugar free options like Dutch does, so I will frequent this over Starbs for that reason-- also, the sodas with soft top are great for those hot days coming up.
