Not only is there coffee spectacular, but their service and staff are top notch! You order from a person who comes to your car and is usually personality-gifted. Today my Dutchie was Mia and she was amazing. She knew her stuff, was dressed for Covid and the cold weather, and got me on my way quickly. My sugar cookie Breve was fantastic and I will be back again tomorrow for some thing else! Let me begin by saying that 90% of the time, Dutch Brothers does a great job at each of their locations. I travel for work, and frequent their company wherever they have a location near me... I typically don't leave reviews, but for $7.00 (including 26% tip) for a cup of coffee, I feel that this location deserves attention. First. I would like to say that the person who took our order, in 20° weather, while it is snowing, was pleasant, as well as professional. When we got to the window, the music was unacceptably loud, and the person taking the order was equally as loud, obnoxious, and annoying. When I received my drink, tasted it, it hardly had any of the flavor I had ordered. They took the drink back and added more flavoring. I did not want to hold up the line so I accepted the order. It was awful, and not made as I requested. Maybe if they paid attention to what they were doing, instead of trying so hard to chat, or get into their music, my order would have been made correctly. Check your order before you drive off! Went next door to Starbucks to replace the DB order with something that is consistent. Very disappointing experience. read more

In Idaho Falls, this Dutch Bros location rarely asks for a tip (the dreaded iPad swivel and "it's going to ask you a question"). Because of that, I patronize this location the most--even though it is crazy busy. However, the excessive amounts of ice in the cups is quite annoying. When paying $6+ for a drink, you should *at least* get a good amount of coffee--half to two-thirds should be liquid and not ice. read more

Seriously bros? Ben je gek? We even coined a new term after waiting for our beverages for 42 minutes. You know if you look to rent a place you often see "420 friendly" so we invented a new term and call it 42 friendly. 42 friendly means a person who enjoys waiting for their coffee 42 minutes or more in a drive through environment. Special kudos and thanks to a dude with a tab and attitude who acted all annoyed and royally displeased ~11:05 am on 11.19.2022 when we decided not to tip him because his company made 4 of us appear less caring and irresponsible and to be late for an event we were scheduled to attend. I am always on time and we were 38 minutes early so decided to grab a coffee which would only take 15 in a decent place and under normal circumstances so it is more than reasonable to imagine it should not take 30 and even if it took 30 we would still be able to make it, but 42 minutes is pure excess. Whole experience was as enjoyable as being stuck in traffic on a way to the Dutch capital Amsterdam. If you drove there you know what I mean. Entrance is also incompetently designed: one has to go all the way around liquor store and it had high curb on both sides so even if after waiting for 20 minutes one decides to leave it is literally impossible. Everyone kept asking me if beverage was worth 42 minute wait and in my opinion it was not. read more

FULL DISCLAIMER: I have only visited this location once. However, from the time that I visited, I am generally pleased with my experience. I visited this location on my way home from night classes, as I was struck by a craving for a Dutch Frost. The line had only 2 cars in it, so I was not concerned about the wait time. I placed my order and began to wait. Compared with my normal Dutch Bros stop, this one was quite noticeably slower than I am accustom to. However, I chalked it up to it being 8pm and, as I'm sure they were beginning to wind down for the night. When I made it to the window, I was greeted by a very pleasant young man who took the time to make small-talk with me as I waited for my order. This is something I have always appreciated about a business, that their employees would take time to interact with their customer beyond the required interactions. First off I love Dutch bros! I heard about them 4 years before they finally came to Idaho Falls! I love both locations. I go to the location on 17th the most. I live in Shelley but I drive past this location on my way to work. I stop by almost every morning. One morning me and my co-worker were on our way to work and decided to stop by. They were extremely busy and slightly messed up our order but they fixed it no problem . I understand that when your busy and trying to hurry accidents happen. We work in food so it happens it's understandable. I am also a big time collector of the Dutch bros stickers. There is a Dutch bros sticker collection page on Facebook. I always make sure I stop by and get my monthly sticker. Plus I buy all the new stickers online (the ones you can't get for free) The only thing I don't really like is the super loud music. The employees sometimes can't hear what you ordered. I also suffer from constant migraines that come from loud music and bright lights. If you have a chance to stop by I highly recommend!
