Slice of coconut bread; Firecracker Fizz.

Back to Idaho Falls, and back to Great Harvest! Everything here is phenomenal, from their sweet breads to sandwiches to espresso drinks- on my most recent visit, I had their "Miss Americana", an americano with cream and coconut syrup, which tasted like a liquid version of a warm coconut cake! I loved that it was not too sweet. Last week, I tried their Firecracker Fizz, a sparkling raspberry lemonade topped with a coconut cold foam- another amazing combination!

Yummy food in a cute cafe downtown. Dog friendly patio, too!Got the caprese salad- very fresh! House made dressing was delish. They offered a complimentary slice of bread so I got banana crunch. Soooo good! Reasonable prices! They were busy but very efficient and friendly. Friday morning at 10am and all breakfast and lunch items were available!

Amazing breakfast sandwich, delicious breads and lattes! We were passing through Idaho Falls and just needed to make a quick stop to get some hot breakfast. This place more than satisfied our needs. Every single thing we ordered was yummy. Definitely consider stopping here if you are driving up to Yellowstone.

Passing through town and stopped here for breakfast and coffee. Everything we ordered was fresh and tasty. The egg bites are massive and can almost feed 2 people. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. I couldn't leave without the fresh blueberry raspberry bread.

Amazing fresh breads that they slice a piece for sampling with butter

While on a road trip we were walking the streets of Idaho Springs to stretch our legs and we stumbled upon this great establishment. Not familiar with this name nor do I know if this is a franchise but this particular store nestled in the downtown area not far from the river walk along the Snake River was an oasis. As you open the door and take in the aromas of fresh brewed coffees and fresh baked goods was a welcome site after driving from SLC Utah. We picked up some coffee drinks and the Oatmeal bar and Peanut Butter cookies, the bread smelled so good and I asked if they had samples and the gentlemen behind the counter in the bread section said with a smiling face what do you want to try? So we tried the Blueberry Lemon Loaf and Asiago Sourdough, would you like butter on it? He asked, and they were incredible. We sat at a high top and took in the sights and smells of this great establishment. Mangiamo

Breakfast sandwich, missing sausage and bacon.

Went for the first time on 9/23 and ordered the breakfast sandwich for pick-up. Ended up not having turkey sausage or bacon on it. Called them to inform them and they were apologetic and offered a coupon but never sent one. Decided to go in again and give them a second chance. The sandwich actually had sausage and bacon on it. Great sandwich just check your order before you leave.

Only had one bad experience and the manager took care of it right away. We go there at least once or twice a week.

Great service and food. The flavored bread I got was light, delicious, and complementary to my meal.

Staff is rude. They ignore your existence so they don't have to help /do their job. A bunch of snobby people.

So first you gotta know this; I've always liked going out to eat as my entertainment highlight--and…read moreI'm no spring chicken. So I've had my share of pastries, breads, quiche, etc.. and well, they ain't my favorite. I looove coffee, everything is better with it! (Ok, milk and doughnuts rock too--but my coffee needs to be nearby to keep me in the right head-space.) So anyway, Deborah MADE me go to megpies yesterday. Thankyou Deborah!!!! It's in that cute little diamond in the rough, house/ business building on 1st street, just west of Holmes before Yellowstone. That building has had a history of failed businesses, probably because the parking situation is a little rough--Chapolera Coffee used to be there. So, you might get one of the limited park spots right out front on busy, narrow, first street. You might have to park across the street in the small, but free parking lot (usually plenty of spaces available), and walk across busy first street. You might have to walk up some balustrade stairs, to cross the quaint, and porch swing type nostalgic patio (no porch swing, just a vibe), with patio seating, before getting to the entrance. You might have to sit at one of the few inside tables, and wait your turn to order. But wait!--to leave would be a mistake. Though we didn't get to meet Meg, who I understand is a terrific person, so is the help who was there the day we went. There was three of us, and we'd never been. I was dead set on just getting coffee. But the perfect little displays of croissants and quiche just looked so tempting. The quiche I've had from other places in the past have been small, round, dry, little flavorless bites. But the Spinach Swiss & Bacon Quiche at Megs was sitting right there--rudely screaming at me, EAT ME!! So, as you can see, I had no choice. The croissants on display were Pistachio Cream, and they just looked, flakey, and filthy-- with a light bit of gooey pistachio cream sliced in, and a messy dark choclate drizzle scribbled across the top. So, as you can see, I had to teach this thing some manners. Ok all jokes aside, cuz coffee is serious business! If you can't do that right, everything else has got to be outstanding to bring me back. I don't do coffee drinks, mine is lighly sweetened coffee (preferably dark roast) with a shot of espresso, no creams, no flavors--no disquises. We will be going back to Megs!! The quiche was oustanding, flavorful and moist, without diluting the egg flavor, miraculous! That Pistachio Croissant, well lets just say, it changed me. I'm filthy now too, and lovin it!! The Coffee... Was really good !! I'm a rough customer when it comes to my coffee. I'm not gonna lie, if I were going to combine three different eateries to make my perfect breakfast, Megpies would definitely be one, but I would get my coffee at another local place.. sorry...it was more than good--enough. So, good coffee, good espresso, GREAT FOOD!! CUTE COMFY VIBE!! I would walk farther than just across the street to get here, and, no spring chicken. Thank you for reading, you can thank me after you go here!

I've been patiently waiting for the opening & it's finally here!…read more I have been driving past the Twisted Sugar sign for months wondering what kind of exciting things the establishment would offer. Well, they have finally opened their doors & I must say, I'm pleasantly surprised. Twisted Sugar has officially entered the soda-shop game in Idaho Falls. They have a well-thought-out drink menu that features over 50+ options, not including your own combinations. I look forward to visiting again soon to try one of the Twisters (Ice Cream Smoothies). The Pineapple Whip Twister sounds delicious. I tried the Peaches & Cream with a Sprite base. It was good but I wish the peach flavor would come through a bit more. There are also a ton of fun cookie options - ranging from your everyday chocolate chip to something a little more indulgent like Banana Cream or PB Nutella. I always start with a chocolate chip cookie at new places. I'm a firm believer that if you can't get a chocolate chip cookie right, I don't want to risk trying anything else. It was pretty good, I'll be back for the Banana Cream. I definitely think I made the right decision by joining the loyalty program on the first trip.
