We ordered a bunch of sandwiches for lunch for take out while in Idaho Falls for work and we all loved what we got!!! I got two half sandwiches so I could try more than one thing - the chicken pecan on sourdough bread and the veggie hummus on dakota seed bread. Both were delicious! Very fresh and very tasty! Good food, not good location. Not easy to find a parking place. Daughter was told someone could bring food to car because she wasn't able to go in. When arrived and called in was told they were too busy to come to the car. Got a PB&J for child and the jelly was oozing out of the sandwich so much there was as much on the outside of the bread as inside. Most employees don't seem real friendly. While on a road trip we were walking the streets of Idaho Springs to stretch our legs and we stumbled upon this great establishment. Not familiar with this name nor do I know if this is a franchise but this particular store nestled in the downtown area not far from the river walk along the Snake River was an oasis. As you open the door and take in the aromas of fresh brewed coffees and fresh baked goods was a welcome site after driving from SLC Utah. We picked up some coffee drinks and the Oatmeal bar and Peanut Butter cookies, the bread smelled so good and I asked if they had samples and the gentlemen behind the counter in the bread section said with a smiling face what do you want to try? Went for the first time on 9/23 and ordered the breakfast sandwich for pick-up. Ended up not having turkey sausage or bacon on it. Called them to inform them and they were apologetic and offered a coupon but never sent one. Decided to go in again and give them a second chance. The sandwich actually had sausage and bacon on it. Staff is rude. They ignore your existence so they don't have to help /do their job. A bunch of snobby people.

This is the third time it happened -- I buy a $9 loaf of bread, bring it home, and discover that it is actually a one day old loaf. Be very careful and ask whether the loaf you are buying was actually baked the day you bought it. I feel cheated. Day old bread should be discounted, and are NEVER worth full price. Stopped there on a trip to Montana on a whim. Everything looked and smelled delicious. Ended up getting a loaf of: Pumpkin bread Sourdough Bruschetta Jalapeño cheese And some cookies. After ordering they gave me a sample of the jalapeno cheese slathered with butter and all I can say is that it was the greatest bread experience I've ever had (and I'm a carbaholic so that's really saying something). It was so incredible that we went out of our way to stop there on the way home only to find that they are closed on Sundays. If they would ship orders via FedEx I would just have my paychecks direct deposited into their account. Staff was super kind and friendly and patient with my wife as she tried to decide which bread to get while I kept muttering, "just get them all". Pretty good spot to stop by grab a coffee and a snack on the way to Yellowstone! When you walk in you get a whiff of coffee and fresh bread (Smells amazing!). I ordered an Americano and a Grilled Southwest Chicken sandwich. Coffee was smooth and you can add cream and sugar and diff types of syrups located at the counters (Added hazelnut syrup it was good!). I ordered a half sandwich with chips, and I must say it was filling (there's no way I would've been able to finish a full and a bag of chips). The sandwich was pretty good, fresh veggies with chicken and cheese pressed down on a panini maker. I did take a star off because their soup "wasn't ready"(What I really wanted to try!) and the chicken in the sandwich did not taste fresh chicken like packaged chicken that's pre made and reheated like at Starbucks, but still decent and overall the sandwich was good! read more

As a vegetarian finding good sandwiches with protein is hard but their customizable breakfast sandwich is my go to. I have had it on different kinds of breads with different fixings and the sandwich has been good every time. Love the complementary bread slice. They do wheat and white really well. They also do banana walnut and pumpkin well. The herb/garlic and the baguette are a miss, I wouldn't get them again. I've gotten really pleasant service all times but once. That one time the server was either really tired or wasn't into it. She didn't ask for my choice of side and didn't offer the complementary bread. While we waited, they gave us a slice of their berry bread, which was moist, flavorful, and honestly, one of the best things we've tasted--it was a perfect little treat. For breakfast, we ordered two sandwiches: egg, bacon, and avocado, which could be customized however you like. They were both fresh, tasty, and hit the spot. We also got two regular sandwiches to go: I had the turkey pesto on sourdough, and my partner got the grilled chicken sandwich, which was served warm. Both were delicious, with the house-made bread really standing out. The variety of bread they offer is impressive! We couldn't resist trying their salted caramel oatmeal cookies, and they turned out to be the best treat of our entire vacation. Wowza! Now that's what I call a bakery! Huge selection (including gluten free) of breads and treats along with an amazing and healthy lunch menu. Tomato basil soup is a personal favorite and today's treat was one of the best I've eaten. Sandwiches can often be dough and unsatisfying, but not at this spot! The turkey pesto with balsamic was a sandwich perfection. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly and I wish I had a bakery like this in my neighborhood. Sorry no pics, baby duty. read more

We were looking for some coffee on our back to Colorado when we discovered this place (surprisingly a lot of coffee shops in the area were closed on Sunday). The coffee was great, and they give you a free huge slice of bread with each coffee order. It was such a pleasant surprise as all of us are on a gluten free diet here in Colorado...I picked pumpkin bread with chocolate chips, and it was heavenly good! We also purchased a cinnamon roll (haven't had one in years), and it was amazing! The girl at the counter was super friendly and helpful! We were looking for a late afternoon refresher and ordering iced lattes was a great idea! We had a party of 7 and ordered several iced drinks, some cold waters and scones. They offered samples of their breads - oh so yummy! The staff members were delightful and patient. We discovered it was the first day for the young lady making our drinks so it did take a few minutes to get our orders, but all is well. Really disappointed - kids and I were grabbing 3 grilled cheese and a Caprese sandwich to go. We waited maybe 5 minutes to order and 37 for our food! One woman was there waiting for her order prior, in the to-go area almost as long as us. Had we been told at check-out an approximate time, we would not have ordered as we had somewhere to be in 45 min from the time I placed the order. This location has always been amazing for me! Great service that is fast and friendly. Food always taste amazing everytime I go there. They have punch cards for amount of money you spend there. It's just a small little sitting area but it's usually plenty as it doesn't get too over crowded. Everything I've tried from here I've loved.
