Ive been to this location twice and I was really excited to try it out. If you've never been, I'd suggest looking at their menu options online because in person their menu is very vague. On my first visit I got the cinnamon swirl oat milk latte (wanted to try something new) and on my second I got a dirty chai. Both drinks were very sweet. As someone who doesn't really like overly sugary drinks, I haven't very excited to drink what I ordered. In a future visit I'll see if I can just get drinks half as sweet or just get regular coffee. On the plus side, the staff is incredibly friendly and the lines move super quick so don't let the lines intimidate you! Also if you like sweet drinks then the drinks are great. read more

Being from Portland I was so excited to hear we got a Dutch bros! However, no matter the time of day or the size of the drink I get, they are not good. The drinks are either super watered/milked down or they just aren't using the correct ingredients. The line always takes forever (not usual, Portland is much faster) as does the window ordering. Also, the vibe isn't at all like the other locations. So disappointed. I really want to like this branch, please fix the drinks and the line. Sooooo disappointed every time. read more

IMO Dutch Bros coffee taste better than any Starbucks. But nothing entirely special and you can tell they are a large commercial coffee chain. I respect their employees because their service is always good, if i worked there, I would be flustered by the long waits. Long waits because many people are ordering. Delicious coffee and fantastic attitudes of employees BUT...... I've purposely waited to do this review. They've been open since December, so should be on point by now. I've come as often as I had time since then. It always takes 20-30 minutes for a drink. It doesn't matter if you walk up to the window or use the drive through. 30 minutes is guaranteed if there are more than 3 in line, 20 if one or two. I've never gotten out faster. I do not understand. Best coffee of any chain. Never overly sweet if you get a specialty drink. I just can't spare the time. read more

When I was visiting Texas to see my friends... they kept talking on and on about how we needed to visit this coffee shop. When we finally did visit... I could see what all the hype was about!! It's a great place!! The employees are super fun and nice... they honestly make ordering drinks a great experience!! Hahaha!! And the drinks were phenomena!! Literally, everyone in the car was screaming because their drinks were so good... they kept saying, "This is the best drink I've ever had!" as someone who gets starbucks ALOT, which everyone knows racks up the big bucks, I decided to give dutch bros a try since i've been seeing it a lot on social media and friends saying it's pretty good, and their right! my sister got a caramel macchiato of some sort and i got a peach iced tea and it was fantastic! with great prices too! the only reason i give this specific location 4 stars is because the menu was extremely small, but when you go on the website it's pretty huge, so i was bummed i couldn't try out what i wanted too, but it's fine. if you're looking for a good refreshing fixing, i recommend dutch bros. read more

It's smooth coffee and the cold brew is always exactly what I need, I love that they can add flavor to the cold brew and it's not overly sweet(I'm not a fan of overly sweet coffee) and Dutch Bro's never disappoints! This is the WORST DB location, you will wait a MINIMUM 30 minutes for your drink, they never seem to have it together. They only ever have ONE employee taking orders. The other locations have 2-3 DAILY. The cypress location is never a long wait and their lines are LONGER. Eh. I'd give this place a C-. I typically order an Americano from Starbucks and was excited to compare prices, but it's more expensive here. It's also harder to order because there's no full menu unless you look it up on your phone, and oddly I get terrible service at the location. It's also terrible for their staff! It was 41 degrees outside and it started raining while I was in line. One girl was lucky enough to have a parka, but probably just based on luck since it's Houston! I wanted to leave to spare the HS kids, but I was stuck with ppl behind me. All of their other drinks...well, you're basically drinking sugar. I guess it isn't any different than soda, except more expensive. Last but not least, the staff does not know the ridiculously expansive menu yet. I inquired about a "blue green, turquoise" drink that was recommended by staff on my first visit, and when I asked about it, the girl had no idea. I know I'm just being picky, and really it's not the staff's fault... obviously this company is ridiculous... I still can't get over them having to stand in the freezing rain.
