Hi, I experienced horrible customer service with the lady taking our order on the receipt it says her name is Kacey P. She was being extremely rude and unprofessional from the beginning of taking our order. On the receipt she put "Angie low-key rude". I was not being rude in any way, I asked if she'd able to kindly repeat the order since I know it can be a lot of customizations and so there's no mix up. It's a hit or miss at this location. Sometimes they have super long line. Sometimes they don't. Customer service really depends on who is outside working or if you're looking to order at the window when there's no lines really no complaints I've had 1-2 complaints but the manager fixes it quickly and is very attentive and apologetic and always corrects the issue. Drinks always taste good so can't complain. I do enjoy the fact that if your order is made before you get to the window. They bring it out to you and you could just drive right out the side of the drive-through. read more

Wouldn't let us order because we came in the wrong way yet there were no signs saying anything and there is TWO lines for a reason. They should have cones blocking off that side and we are from out of town so how are we supposed to know. I want to start by saying I really like the coffee at Dutch Bros- I rather support them over Starbucks. However, the pricing is getting to be ridiculous. I asked for a cold medium latte with no ice and was told I'd have to pay extra to account for no ice. Basically, if you order an iced latte and pour out the ice, you are left with a 12oz size small drink. So I told them to hold the ice. The cashier said I'd have to pay an extra $1.50 to remove the ice-meaning the total for a medium cold latte would be over $8! I asked how much a hot latte would be, and he told me it would be $6.50.. I asked if they could just pour cold milk over two shots, and he said no, we have to steam the milk if you want it at that price. So you're essentially paying for ice in an iced drink, even though the amount of liquid volume is significantly less than if you got a hot drink. That math isn't mathing. Cmone, Dutch Bros- Starbucks doesnt quibble over this. Also- check your drinks before driving off at this location because I'm sure they only add one shot of espresso in a medium, unless you like iced milk. See attached photo for what a medium latte looks like when the ice is removed. You're paying for a 16oz medium drink but youre really getting closer to a small, 12oz. read more

Waited 40 minutes for 2 drinks. I proceeded to pull up to the window and I see the lady at the window give my drink to the wrong car. She then takes it back from the other car and gives me my blended drinks which was already melted by the time I got it. I would give zero stars if if could. I have been a long time customer. I was excited that Madera was getting a location, but this location has been a constant let down, i have stopped going. Drinks are always made wrong and taste horrible. The wait is extremely long every visit just to sit at the window longer because my drinks are not made correctly. The staff is never very helpful and seem to care less if the order is correct or not, they never read notes with my orders. I live in Fresno and the Herndon and Brawley location blows every location out of the water. This should be the model location where staff are trained. read more

Let me preface by saying I never feel the need to leave a bad review but my experience here was the worst so I had to. I stopped here during my commute to Fresno. I got there at 4:30 and there was about 10 cars in the drive thru. I waited for almost an hour to order at the window and got my drink at around 5:15pm. When I got to the window the workers did not seem considerate of the wait at all, there was no apology on their behalf for the wait and the workers were not in any hurry at all to get us out of there and quicker. I just thought the whole thing was crazy and ridiculous. I should not have been there waiting, wasting gas for almost an hour when there was like 10 cars in the drive thru! We've been here a few times and now avoid this location. Drinks are always melted which makes no sense since there are employees walking out the drinks. Expect to wait 20 mins for melted drinks.
