This isn't the worst Dutch in Fresno (you know who you are) but it's really neck and neck as far as service, vibes and actually getting a drink right goes. This is a newer Dutch in a location off Herndon where I'm sure they get a lot of traffic. The vibes are so rotten here so often. I usually get a drink with oat milk and like 6 out of ten times I get real milk. That's a super bummer. They also just push you through, ignore you at the window and have no Dutch Bros esprit de corps. Bummer. read more

I never heard of a Dutch Brothers coffee until I relocated to the Central Valley area. I'm more familiar with Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, coffee, bean those places. However, I do enjoy Dutch Brothers when I am in my area. This location threw me off because as you know most Dutch Brothers do not have a store inside location for you to come in, but this one did and if you check out the video I felt like I was more like in the club than anything, but the store was clean. Everything was nice barely any seats for anyone so that maybe because the social distancing but overall if this was the fastest mobile pick up order I ever had. My drink was on point. If you haven't tried Dutch Brothers coffee location you definitely need you need to check them out. They offer more than just coffee they have smoothies. They have snacks they have shakes. Got the iced golden eagle today and it's normally perfect but this time it was a disappointment. There was no caramel drizzle and it mainly tasted like milk. I'm not even sure if we could taste the "golden eagle" flavor. Maybe it's newer staff that made it. $7 to waste. read more

So I decided to treat myself and try something new. When I got there, I let the server know this was my first time there and ask for two gestures. I enjoy Dutch bros, it has always been a great experience when I come here, Unfortunately today was just so off putting. I walked in to place my order and the employees were laughing and I'm assuming having a contest among themselves. No problem, but I stood there, I was the only one in line, and not one employee greeted or acknowledged me in 10 min standing there. One girl with braids stood just a few feet in front of me and clearly saw me but was busy having fun with her coworkers as well as multiple other employees that were also behind the counter. Not one said we'll be right with you. Finally I thought maybe if I stand closer to the counter, but no I believe it just annoyed them even more. Finally one girl came up to me and said "what can I get for you?" No apology for the wait. No greeting. Here's the part that set me off, I ordered a medium double chocolate mocha and she said "that will be $8.40" Wow, I asked when did the price go up? She stated they just recently went up due to the employees getting a raise, so she said the drinks will also go up. For making a customer feel like an inconvenience and annoyance you're telling me you're actually going to get paid more??? Sorry but I believe it's time to find a new Dutch location that cares about its customers. read more

I'm not sure how long this location has been open but was very excited to see this location! Our family is obsessed with their drinks here and we have limited ourselves to treat ourselves once a week or maybe twice a week here. The line was extremely long for the drive thru so we wanted to go inside instead. There was NO ONE (customers) inside. Staff were upbeat and very friendly. We ordered the same drinks as we always do at all the other locations. They made our drinks quickly and the taste was consistent, it was a little bit more runny but the taste was still yummy. They were allowing take out only, so the tables, chairs and couches were closed off inside. The tables on the outside patio was open and available. The inside was very clean and even the tables and chairs outside were clean. The music they had playing also had a music video on three of their TVs. I actually didn't appreciate them because they were very sexually songs and there was a woman on top of a man and they both were almost naked. I asked my husband to take our daughter outside to wait because I didn't feel comfortable if she saw them. Everything was great except the whole music and video. Just thought it was more of a kid friendly place... I've never seen or heard any inappropriate songs at all at the other locations. At least this is not my main Dutch that is closest to me. But I would definitely come back if it was just me or with other adults. read more

I definitely enjoy coming to this location when I come into Fresno. The customer service is always great. I'm not great at remembering drinks names so they are always helpful when I tell them that I want something sugar free, iced, and with coffee. Got a real dose of hipster this morning when I stopped in at Dutch Bros while my car was being worked on next door. Wow, as I entered this domain the music of Two Door Cinema Club, The 1975 and the like reverberate through my ears and into my soul. Transformation began. I began to adopt a laissez-faire attitude before I even walked up to the barista. Once I approached I saw the first drink item on the board and order that, and yes, its base was definitely oat milk (heck yeah!) ...and I had to have a goodie so went with a poppyseed lemon muffin top (mad clutch). As I strolled back to a table to chill and internalize my experience I felt like I was on a right of passage journey of sorts. Once my drink and goodie was ready it was time to enjoy. As I took my first bite I was hit with a rush of love ...the sweet love that only a sugar glazed goodie could deliver. This use to be a great location and franchise of Dutch Bros and the only good thing I can say about this location now is the staff is still very friendly, moreover in recent visits they have made drinks that lack taste and are watered down. Today October 4th 2023 they were either understaffed or had no sense of getting drinks done in a fashionable time. I started at the entrance of the drive through, had my order taken and it took almost and hour to get through.
