I understand that's later in the morning, but many people sleep in and want donuts around that time. If you're going to be completely out of donuts by 11 am, why stay open until 1 pm? As a donut shop? Might as well close up at 11 because they're usually nothing left for them to sell. I see many people walk in and just walk out disappointed because they're nothing left 2 hours before close. I'm not sure why this only started in the past year, but they've lost me as a customer. If you do manage to get donuts, they're very good. But that's a big if. The staff is kind and will give you a few free donut holes with your order.
