Today 5/9 is double points day! If you scan their app you get double points - that's one step closer to getting a free medium drink (with 250 accumulated points) and/or a free drink of choice (325 accumulated points)!T They have rewards like the ones I've stated above and virtual Dutch Bros stickers you earn at certain times throughout the year based on what promos they are running. Its super fun. This location has 2 lanes. Sometimes you order at window, most often a person comes up to your car and takes your order. You scan their menu, pick what you want (they're running a mangonada promo right now), order and pay. Scanning the app is quick and easy and reloading $ on there is super convenient. I got their "kicker", which is basically a Irish creme breve and tried one of their Mangonada drinks, the Mangonada lemonade. Its a lemonade with a bit of strawberry bits and Tajin powder on top. Overall I love how consistent their drinks are (most the time I get the Kicker drink) and how fast they make their drinks. I have heard so much hype about this coffee place and they keep popping up near us with so many new locations so I decided to check it out. Note: This location is a drive-thru only with some seating outdoors. There are two lanes of drive-thur that merge into one lane after you order. A girl was outside at the drive-thru lane to take your order and payment which is an easier way to communicate and complete your order and faster in my opinion. She was friendly and quick taking orders & completing the transaction. We ordered their classic iced Golden Eagle and hot Chai to start off. Once we drove up to the window, the guy confirmed our orders and asked if we wanted a straw. There were four staff members working and they all looked young which might ensure my theory that this is coffee shop for the younger generation. It took several minutes before our drinks were ready. DRINKS: the Golden Eagle was creamy and delicious with a hint of coffee but the Chai (there was only the lightest whisper of chai flavor from far...far away); was too sweet for my liking. For context, I'm a coffee drinker and make my own espresso every morning and I also like to have sweetened coffee like latte, cappuccino, flat white, and Chai here and there or twice a week. We really like their Golden Eagle though. All in all, if you're the type of person who likes sugary drinks or like your desserts in the form of liquid, and are not much of a strong coffee drinker, then this place is for you. read more

I decided to stop here for a coffee while taking my son to the park for some fun. This is absolutely the FASTEST Dutch Bros drive thru I have been in. I still had to wait about 5-7 mins due to there being about 7-8 cars in front of me but they kept the line steadily moving which is something that has not happened at any other Dutch Bros I have visited. This just may be my new regular Dutch Bros coffee stop. read more

I love Dutch bros but I don't think they even have any coffee in their drinks. It's like entirely milk and sugar and hardly any caffeine. I've even gotten extra shots in my drink and it barely tastes like coffee or gives me any buzz. It tastes good but kind of a waste of money if you're trying to get a caffeine fix. read more

Gave the wrong drink to a lactose intolerant person. We ordered two drinks. I asked for a hot lavender latte with almond milk. The person taking our order repeated it back. I was given an iced "almond milk" latte without flavoring. We confirmed with the person at the window it was definitely our order and definitely had almond milk. No big deal, mistakes happen and the location is pretty new. The BIG DEAL occurred about 5 minutes later when the almond milk was definitely NOT almond milk. Cue the stomach cramps. It's too bad they are at a convenient location but we won't be going back. I wish it was a Starbucks. read more

First off, I wasn't sure how to order because no one answered me near the drive up menu. So I pulled towards windows and eventually someone came out with an iPad to take my order. I ordered two chai lattes with soy milk and the girl took my order charged me and I thought I was good to go . Then when I pulled up, I noticed they were using skim milk and just kind of eyeballing how much chai tea to mix in and I questioned him and he told me not to worry that they're non-fat milk option is skim milk. I proceeded to ask him why it wasn't soy milk and he said don't worry skim milk is nonfat... I then had to explain to him that hot milk is not an option for me and asked if I could at least get an iced chai instead. He was about to make it iced and then he came back to ask me if I would rather have oat milk, coconut milk, or almond milk and I was happy to use almond milk instead and still get my chai tea hot which is what I originally wanted. So just be warned they are not upfront about what milk they're gonna give you and so if you have an allergy, just make sure that you specify and ensure that it's the milk that you want. read more

Please double check your lids. I got a kids shake today along with mine and I had to grab the drink from the top because the barista was holding it from the bottom and it's a lot smaller than normal drinks. When I went to put it in my car (also side note when someone orders 3 drinks it would be nice if there's a cup holder) it fell from the bottom and got all over my car and daughter. I tried to get the attention of the guy getting peoples order who was behind me because i had just started moving from the drive thru window and really didn't want to get out of my car. he looked at me laughed and then went to the next car after I told him what happened. I then went to the window and asked if I could at least get napkins. They restarted making the drink so I had to ask again for napkins when another guy handed me a paper towel. Luckily i have a hand held carpet cleaner because a whole milk drink landing in the passenger seat, arm rest, and middle console is not ideal when it's the heat of summer. This location is by far the best one out of all the locations in Austin area. I always get the "Golden Eagle" iced and they always make it to perfection. No mixing needed, always taste the same every time. At this point there is no competition with iced coffee because Dutch Bros is the spot. I'd rather drive 15 minutes for coffee that is served and taste the same every time rather than going somewhere close and getting a iced coffee that doesn't taste the same. read more
